Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu UMKM pabrik tahu yang dikenal dengan nama tahu Bandung SMS terletak di Kelurahan Way Halim Permai. Pabrik ini juga dapat terlihat dengan bertambahnya tenaga kerja dari yang awalnya 3 tenaga kerja sekarang telah menjadi 20 tenaga kerja dan berhasil memasarkan produknya ke beberapa rumah sakit pasar-pasar tradisional. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti “Analisis Peran Upah dan Produksi Dalam Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Tahu Menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Pada UMKM Pabrik Tahu Bandung SMS, Kelurahan Way Halim Permai Kecamatan Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung)”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran upah dan produksi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Tahu Menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Pada UMKM Pabrik Tahu Bandung SMS Kelurahan Way Halim Permai Kecamatan Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini juga digolongkan ke dalam jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dari populasi yang diambil, yaitu humas dan seluruh tenaga kerja UMKM pabrik tahu Bandung SMS yang berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1)Berperan sebagai alat ukur pertumbuhan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Terdapat penurunan besaran upah yang diterima oleh tenaga kerja produksi tahu di pabrik tahu Bandung SMS pada tahun 2023 dikarenakan penurunan jumlah produksi tahu yang disebabkan oleh kenaikan harga bahan baku. Upah yang dibayarkan kepada banyaknya hasil produksi tahu. 2)Semakin tinggi produksi tahu maka akan semakin tinggi pula tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan, pabrik tahu Bandung SMS tidak pernah mengurangi tenaga kerja meskipun jumlah produksi tahu menurun. 3)Upah yang diterapkan pabrik tahu Bandung SMS sudah sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan dan kelayakan. Dalam prinsip adil bermakna jelas dan transparan, pabrik tahu Bandung SMS memberikan informasi terlebih dahulu terkait upah sebelum tenaga kerja bekerja. Dalam prinsip adil bermakna proporsional, upah yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan berat pekerjaan. Dan dapat dikategorikan layak, artinya sudah memenuhi 3 aspek kebutuhan pangan, sandang, dan papan. Produksi tahu Bandung SMS tidak mengandung unsur haram dan bertujuan mencari keuntungan yang halal. Kata kunci: Peran Upah, Produksi, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT One of the MSME tofu factory known as Bandung SMS tofu is located in Way Halim Permai Village. This factory can also be seen with the increase in workers from the initial 3 workers to now 20 workers and has succeeded in marketing its products to several hospitals and traditional markets. Based on the background of the problem, the author is interested in researching “Analysis of the Role of Wages and Production in the Absorption of labor for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Tofu According to the Perspective of Islamic Economics (Study on MSME Bandung SMS Tofu Factory, Way Halim Permai Village, Way Halim District, Bandar Lampung City)”. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of wages and production in the absorption of labor for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Tofu According to the Perspective of Islamic Economics at MSME Bandung SMS Tofu Factory, Way Halim Permai Village Way Halim District Bandar Lampung City. This study is also classified into the type of field research. The sample in this study as the entire population taken, namely public relations and all workers of the Bandung SMS tofu factory MSME totalling 21 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1)Role as a measuring tool for the growth of labor absorption. There is a decrease in the amount of wages received by tofu production workers at the Bandung SMS tofu factory in 2023 due to a decrease in the amount of tofu production caused by an increase in the price of raw materials. Wages are paid based on the amount of tofu production. 2)The higher the tofu production, the higher the workforce needed, the Bandung SMS tofu factory never reduces the workforce even though the amount of tofu production decrease. 3)The wages applied by the Bandung SMS tofu factory are in accordance with the priciples of justice and fairness. In the principle of fairness, it means clear and transparent, the Bandung SMS tofu factory provides information in advance regarding wages before the workforce works. In the principle of fair, it means proportional the wages given are accordance with the weight of the work. And can be categorized as decent, meaning that they have met the 3 aspects of food, clothing, and shelter needs. Bandung SMS tofu production does not contain any haram elements and aims to seek halal profits. Keywords: Role of Wages, Production, Labor Absorption, Islamic Economic Perspective.
