Abstract

ABSTRAK Di Indonesia Shopee merupakan salah satu Platform E-commerce terbesar yang memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk mengakses berbagai produk dari berbagai merek. Faktor-faktor seperti persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, dan kepercayaan yang melekat pada shopee menjadi sebuah citra positif dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian di e-commerce shopee. Faktor faktor ini, diharapkan dapat ditemukan strategi yang efektif sesuai prinsip-prinsip bisnis Islam, yang tidak hanya menguntungkan secara ekonomi tetapi juga memberikan manfaat sosial yang lebih luas. penelitian ini untuk mengetahui determinasi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, dan kepercayan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta bagaimana pandangan bisnis islam. Paradigma penelitian ini menggunakan positivistic (kuantitatif) dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data pengujiannya yaitu data primer. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Gen Z pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 responden degan alat analisis SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Persepsi kemudahan pengguna, Persepsi manfaat dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian e-commerce Shopee. Prinsip-prinsip bisnis islam tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan tetapi juga memastikan bahwa operasi bisnis tetap etis dan sesuai dengan ajaran islam ini akan membangun kepercayaan jangka panjang antara perusahaan dan pelanggan yang merupakan inti dari kesuksesan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi Manfaat, Kepercayaan Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT In Indonesia, Shopee is one of the largest e-commerce platforms that provides convenience for users to access various products from different brands. Factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and the trust associated with Shopee create a positive image and enhance purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. It is hoped that these factors can lead to the discovery of effective strategies in line with Islamic business principles that are not only economically beneficial but also provide broader social benefits. This research aims to determine the impact of perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and trust on purchasing decisions, as well as how they align with Islamic business perspectives. The research paradigm uses a positivistic (quantitative) approach with a descriptive method. The data examined is primary data. The population used in this study is Generation Z users of the Shopee application in Bandar Lampung City, with a total sample of 100 respondents and data analysis tools being SmartPLS version 4. The results show that perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and trust significantly positively affect purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. The principles of Islamic business not only enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction but also ensure that business operations remain ethical and in accordance with Islamic teachings, which will build long-term trust between companies and customers, forming the core of sustainable business success.
