Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap UMKM memiliki tujuan utama yaitu mencapai laba bersih yang maksimal. Laba atau rugi biasanya digunakan untuk menilai prestasi kinerja UMKM. Unsur-unsur yang menjadi bagian pembentuk laba adalah pendapatan dan beban. Sedangkan penilaian terhadap kinerja keuangan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keuntungan UMKM dengan membandingkan hasil laba pada tahun tertentu dengan laba tahun tahun sebelum dan sesudahnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parcial dan simultan biaya bahan baku, biaya gaji, pendapatan, dan inflasi terhadap laba usaha pada Rumah Makan Ayam Geprek King. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui laporan keuangan bulanan rumah makan Ayam Geprek King . Penelitian dilakukan dari periode 2022-2024. Teknik análisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 24. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Biaya bahan baku tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba usaha pada rumah makan Geprek King hal ini dikarenakan proses penggunaan biaya bahan baku dihitung secara rata-rata setiap harinya atau bulannya. Biaya gaji karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba usaha pada Rumah Makan Geprek King. Hal ini dikarenakan pemberian gaji karyawan tetap setiap harinya tidak dihitungkan berdasarkan margin penjualan. Pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba usaha. Hal ini dikarenakan pendapatan menunjukkan tingkat penjualan yang dihasilkan dan akan mempengaruhi naik turun nya laba usaha. Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap laba usaha. Hal ini dikarenakan inflasi di Indonesia selama periode pengamatan 2022-2024 dinyatakan dalam inflasi ringan sehingga tidak berimbas kepada laba usaha. Secara bersama sama biaya bahan baku, biaya gaji, pendapatan, dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha. Hal ini dikarenakan semua variabel merupakan komponen penting dalam suatu kegiatan usaha bisnis terutama dalam hal produksi guna mendapatlkan laba. Kata Kunci : Biaya Bahan Baku, Biaya Gaji, Pendapatan, Inflasi, dan Laba Usaha. ABSTRACT Every MSME has a main goal, which is to achieve maximum net profit. Profit or loss is usually used to assess the performance of MSMEs. The elements that are part of the formation of profit are income and expenses. Meanwhile, the assessment of financial performance can be used to determine how much profit MSMEs make by comparing the profit results in a particular year with the profits of the years before and after. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of raw material costs, salary costs, income, and inflation on business profits at the Ayam Geprek King Restaurant. This research method uses quantitative research with secondary data obtained through the monthly financial report of the Ayam Geprek King restaurant. The research was conducted from the period 2022-2024. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 24 application. The tests used in the study are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The cost of raw materials does not have a significant effect on business profits at the Geprek King restaurant because the process of using raw material costs is calculated on average every day or month. Employee salary costs do not have a significant effect on business profits at the Geprek King Restaurant. This is because the provision of permanent employee salaries every day is not calculated based on sales margins. Income has a significant effect on business profits. This is because income shows the level of sales generated and will affect the rise and fall of business profits. Inflation does not have a significant effect on business profits. This is because inflation in Indonesia during the 2022-2024 observation period was stated as mild inflation so that it did not affect business profits. Together, raw material costs, salary costs, income, and inflation affect business profits. This is because all variables are important components in a business activity, especially in terms of production in order to make a profit.
