Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkebunan karet merupakan salah satu komoditas dalam sektor pertanian yang tinggi dan strategis, dimana negara indonesia sendiri merupakan salah satu negara penghasil karet di dunia. Meningkatkanya produksi perkebunan karet sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan ekonomi suatu daerah atau wilayah.Perkebunan karet memberikan dimensi ekonomi yang sangat besar khususnya terhadap ekonomi pedesaan. Kemampuan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja akan meningkatkan pendapatan, karena pada dasarnya pendapatan merupakan ukuran tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya pedesaan dalam mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Keberadaan perkebunan tidak hanya sebatas penghasil devisa, tetapi berperan dalam menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat yang ada di sekitarnya dan secara langsung menunjang pembangunan perekonomian masyarakat. Sektor pertanian memproduksi berbagai produk konsumsi dan bahan baku sektor industri (agroindustri), sedangkan sektor industri memproduksi berbagai kebutuhan untuk sektor pertanian. Adapun permasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana analisis pengelolaan perkebunan karet terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Serupa Indah Kecamatan Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan dan bagaimana padangan ekonomi islam tentang pengelolaan perkebunan karet terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Serupa Indah Kecamatan Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengelolaan perkebunan karet terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Serupa Indah Kecamatan Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana padangan ekonomi islam tentang pengelolaan perkebunan karet terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Serupa Indah Kecamatan Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan? Metode penelitian penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif yang bersifat lapangan (fiel reseacr) dan bersifat deskriptif analis. Dengan tata cara penelitian untuk mengumpulkan informasi terhadap data yang telah di dapatkan.penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi karena seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel yakni 30 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Perkebunan Karet Di Desa Serupa Indah Kecamatan Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan di dapatkan bahwa Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan secara sederhana yaitu dengan melakukan penyiangan dan pemupukan saja sedangkan peremajaan masih belum dilaksanakan dikarenakan umur dari karet yang masih produktif. pengelolaan lahan pertanian dalam meningkatkan petumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat, sangat berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan sebuah pendapatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan kebutuhan lainnya. Dari pendapatan perkebunan karet, dengan luas lahan yang semakin luas maka berperan pada jumlah produksi yang semakin banyak di dukung dengan modal dan tenaga kerja dan harga jual baik dan stabil maka pendapatan petani akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu dapat dikatakan bahwa dengan adanya perkebunan karet masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perekonomian di Desa Serupa Indah. ABSTRACT Rubber plantations are one of the commodities in the agricultural sector that is high and strategic, where Indonesia itself is one of the rubber-producing countries in the world. The increase in rubber plantation production has a great influence on the improvement of the economy of a region or region. Rubber plantations provide a very large economic dimension, especially to the rural economy. The ability to absorb labor will increase income, because basically income is a measure of the level of welfare of the community, especially in rural areas, in reducing the number of unemployed. The existence of plantations is not only limited to generating foreign exchange, but also plays a role in providing jobs for the surrounding community and directly supporting the economic development of the community. The agricultural sector produces various consumer products and raw materials for the industrial sector (agro-industry), while the industrial sector produces various needs for the agricultural sector. The problem in this study is how to analyze the management of rubber plantations on the economic growth of Similar Indah Village, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency and how the past economic impact on the management of rubber plantations on the economic growth of Similar Indah Village, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how to analyze the management of rubber plantations on the economic growth of Similar Indah Village, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency and to find out how the past economic impact on the management of rubber plantations on the economic growth of Similar Indah Village, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency? The research method of this research uses a qualitative approach that is field (fiel reseacr) and descriptive analyst. With the research procedure to collect information on the data that has been obtained, this research includes population research because the entire population is sampled, namely 30 respondents. The data collection method in this study is using data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of the research on Rubber Plantations in Similar Indah Village, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency found that maintenance is carried out simply, namely by weeding and fertilizing, while replanting has not yet been carried out due to the age of rubber that is still productive. Agricultural land management in increasing the growth of the community's economy, has a very positive impact on increasing income in meeting daily needs and other needs. From the income of rubber coconut plantations, with an increasingly large land area, it plays a role in the amount of production that is increasingly supported by capital and labor and the selling price is good and stable, then the income of farmers will increase. Therefore, it can be said that with the existence of rubber plantations, the community can increase economic income in similar beautiful villages.
