Abstract

ABSTRAK Transaksi jual beli online melalui platform e-commerce seperti Shopee semakin berkembang pesat. Wardah Store 23, salah satu toko di platform Shopee, mengalami kasus penyelewengan dalam proses pengembalian dana, yang mengundang perhatian terkait perlindungan konsumen dan implementasi prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam transaksi online. Shopee akan memproses pengembalian dana sesuai metode pembayaran yang digunakan, seperti transfer bank, kartu kredit, atau e-wallet. Proses ini biasanya memakan waktu 3-14 hari kerja, tergantung pada metode pembayaran dan kebijakan bank. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Pengembalian Dana Konsumen atas Pembatalan Pembelian pada Toko Online Shop Wardah Store 23 di Aplikasi Shopee? Dan bagaimana Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap Pengembalian Dana Konsumen atas Pembatalan Pembelian di Aplikasi Shopee? Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui bagaimana Pengembalian Dana Konsumen atas Pembatalan Pembelian pada Toko Online Shop Wardah Store 23 di Aplikasi Shopee, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap Pengembalian Dana Konsumen atas Pembatalan Pembelian di Aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara dengan konsumen, dan pengamatan terhadap praktik transaksi di Wardah Store 23 di platform Shopee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada platform e commerce Shopee, pengembalian dana atas pembatalan pembelian diatur oleh kebijakan Shopee dan masing-masing penjual, seperti Wardah Store 23. Konsumen dapat membatalkan pembelian selama memenuhi syarat, ada dua cara seperti pembatalan sebelum barang dikirimkan, adapun hal seperti barang yang sudah dikirmkan lalu dikembalikan. Dalam perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, prinsip kehati-hatian dan kejujuran harus diterapkan dalam setiap transaksi, dengan transparansi dan tanpa merugikan pihak lain. Pengembalian dana harus sesuai jumlah yang dibayar tanpa pemotongan atau biaya tambahan yang tidak sah, dan transaksi harus bebas dari riba. ABSTRACT Online buying and selling transactions through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee are growing rapidly. Wardah Store 23, one of the stores on the Shopee platform, experienced a case of fraud in the refund process, which attracted attention regarding consumer protection and the application of sharia economic principles in online transactions. Shopee will process the refund according to the payment method used, such as bank transfer, credit card, or e-wallet. This process usually takes 3-14 working days, depending on the payment method and bank policy. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the Consumer Refund for Purchase Cancellation at the Wardah Store 23 Online Store on the Shopee Application? And how is the Review of Sharia Economic Law on Consumer Refunds for Purchase Cancellations on the Shopee Application? This study aims to determine how is the Consumer Refund for Purchase Cancellations at the Wardah Store 23 Online Store on the Shopee Application, and to find out how is the Review of Sharia Economic Law on Consumer Refunds for Purchase Cancellations on the Shopee Application. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through documentation studies, consumer interviews, and observations of transaction practices at Wardah Store 23 on the Shopee platform. The results of the study show that on the Shopee e-commerce platform, refunds for purchase cancellations are regulated by the policies of Shopee and each seller, such as Wardah Store 23. Consumers can cancel purchases as long as they meet the requirements, there are two ways such as cancellation before the goods are sent, as well as things like goods that have been sent and then returned. In the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, the principles of caution and honesty must be applied in every transaction, with transparency and without harming other parties. Refunds must be in accordance with the amount paid without unauthorized deductions or additional fees, and transactions must be free from usury.
