Abstract
ABSTRAK Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang modern ini, teknologi telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat, salah satunya mobile banking. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan mobile banking, salah satunya adalah bagaimana mahasiswa menerima dan menggunakan teknologi tersebut serta perilaku yang dipengaruhi oleh persetujuan dari orang-orang terdekatnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan subjective norm terhadap minat mahasiswa generasi di Kota Bandar Lampung menggunakan mobile banking syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan google form yang disebar melalui whatsApp. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 96 responden mahasiswa Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung menggunakan perhitungan rumus lemeshow. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions) versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan subjective norm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung menggunakan mobile banking syariah. Tinjauan ekonomi islam terkait layanan Mobile Banking sudah sesuai dengan transaksi dalam Islam karena tidak terdapat transkasi yang dilarang dalam lalu lintas pembayaran menggunakan Mobile Banking. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam kegunaan, kemudahan dan norma subjektif terhadap keputusan menggunakan Mobile banking dapat diterima bahkan dianjurkan. ABSTRACT Along with the development of this modern era, technology has experienced very rapid progress, one of which is mobile banking. There are several factors that influence students' interest in using mobile banking, one of which is how students accept and use the technology and behavior that is influenced by the approval of those closest to them. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and subjective norms on the interest of generation z students in Bandar Lampung City using sharia mobile banking. The method used in this study uses a quantitative research method where data is obtained through online questionnaires using Google Form which is distributed via WhatsApp. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a sample of 96 Generation Z student respondents in Bandar Lampung City using the lemeshow formula calculation. The analysis tool used is SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions) version 26. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on the interest of Generation Z students in Bandar Lampung City using sharia mobile banking. Islamic economic review related to Mobile Banking services is in accordance with transactions in Islam because there are no prohibited transactions in payment traffic using Mobile Banking. In the perspective of Islamic economics, usefulness, convenience and subjective norms towards the decision to use Mobile banking can be accepted and even recommended.
