Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan zakat merupakan ungkapan syukur atas karunia yang diberikan Allah berupa harta yang dimiliki telah memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana praktik pemberdayaan zakat berbasis peternakan di kantor Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) Pringsewu dan Bagaimana tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap praktik pemberdayaan zakat berbasis peternakan di kantor Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (LAZIS PCNU) Pringsewu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui praktik pemberdayaan zakat berbasis peternakan Dikantor Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (LAZIS PCNU) Pringsewu dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap praktik pemberdayaan zakat berbasis peternakan di kantor Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (LAZIS PCNU) Pringsewu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yaitu metode menghasilkan data deskriptif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan mengkaji data yang bersumber dari lokasi atau lapangan penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik pemberdayaan zakat peternakan yang diselenggarakan oleh LAZIS PCNU yaitu mustahiq diberikan 1 ekor kambing, kemudian mustahiq wajib mengembalikan 2 ekor kambing jika kambing tersebut telah beranak. Setelah 2 ekor kambing diberikan kepada pihak LAZIS PCNU maka indukan kambing dan anaknya menjadi hak milik mustahiq sepenuhnya. 2 ekor kambing yang telah diberikan oleh mustahiq akan diberikan kepada mustahiq lainnya untuk dikembangbiakkan kembali. Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap pemberdayaan zakat berbasis peternakan di LAZIS PCNU telah sesuai dengan konsep zakat produktif dalam bentuk ternak hewan kambing. Zakat hewan ternak juga salah satu bentuk ibadah sebagaimana telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat. Selain itu pihak mustahiq juga menepati perjanjian bagi hasil zakat peternakan dengan LAZIS PCNU dimana jika mustahiq mendapatkan zakat 1 ekor kambing untuk mengembangkan ekonominya maka harus bisa mengembalikan hasil dari zakat tersebut berupa 2 ekor anak kambing betina kepada LAZIS PCNU sebagai tabungan mustahiq. ABSTRACT The implementation of zakat is an expression of gratitude for the gift given by God in the form of wealth that has provided benefits for life. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to practice livestock-based zakat empowerment at the Pringsewu office of the Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) Institute and how to review Sharia Economic Law on the practice of livestock-based zakat empowerment at the office of the Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Institute for Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Management (LAZIS). PCNU) Pringsewu. The aim of this research is to determine the practice of livestock-based zakat empowerment at the Pringsewu Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Branch Management Office of Nahdlatul Ulama (LAZIS PCNU) and to find out the sharia economic law review of the practice of livestock-based zakat empowerment at the office of the Amil Zakat Infaq Ṣhadaqah Institution for Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Management (LAZIS PCNU) Pringsewu. The method used is a qualitative method, namely a method of producing descriptive data. The type of research used in this research is field research. Field research is carried out by examining data sourced from the research location or field. This research is descriptive analytical in nature. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the practice of empowering livestock zakat organized by LAZIS PCNU is that the mustahiq is given 1 goat, then the mustahiq is obliged to return 2 goats if the goat has given birth. After the 2 goats were given to LAZIS PCNU, the mother goat and its offspring became the full property of the mustahiq. The 2 goats given by the mustahiq will be given to other mustahiq to be bred again. The Sharia Economic Law review of livestock based zakat empowerment at LAZIS PCNU is in accordance with the concept of productive zakat in the form of goat livestock. Zakat on livestock is also a form of worship as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management. Apart from that, the mustahiq also fulfills an agreement to share the results of zakat on livestock with LAZIS PCNU where if a mustahiq gets zakat from 1 goat to develop its economy then it must be able to return the results of the zakat in the form of 2 female goats to LAZIS PCNU as mustahiq's savings.
