Abstract

ABSTRAK Dilansir oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) terbaru 2023, bahwasannya tingkat pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk Indonesia kini telah mencapai 278,69 juta jiwa pada pertengahan tahun ini. Selain itu berdasarkan Proyeksi penduduk Indonesia 2020-2050 tingkat usia produktif bagi penduduk Indonesia akan megalami penurunan yaitu dari 69,28% menjadi 65,79%. Dengan banyaknya jumlah penduduk di Indonesia tentu saja menimbulkan banyak persaingan dalam bidang apapun seperti sulit mendapat pekerjaan dan berujung pengangguran. Solusi yang dapat dilakuakan salah satunya dengan menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa sehingga tertarik untuk mendirikan lapangan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiwa pada Ikatan Mahasiswa Minang Provinsi Lampung dengan dimediasi oleh Efikasi Diri, serta melihat bagaimana Lingkungan Keluarga, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, dan Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa dalam Perspektif Bisnis Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 66 orang mahasiswa anggota Ikatan Mahasiswa Minang Provinsi Lampung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural equation modeling) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan kemudian data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Pendidikan Kewiausahaan dan Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efikasi Diri, Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Efikasi Diri memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Efikasi Diri memediasi pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. ABSTRACT Reported by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) latest 2023, the population growth rate in Indonesia has now reached 278.69 million people by mid-year. Additionally, based on the Indonesia Population Projection 2020-2050, the productive age population rate in Indonesia will decline from 69.28% to 65.79%. With the large population in Indonesia, it certainly creates a lot of competition in any field, making it difficult to find jobs and leading to unemployment. One of the solutions that can be implemented is to foster an entrepreneurial interest among students so that they are motivated to create job opportunities. This research aims to examine the influence of Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students in the Minang Student Association of Lampung Province, mediated by Self-Efficacy, and to see how Family Environment, Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy, and Students' Entrepreneurial Interest are viewed from the perspective of Sharia Business. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 66 students who are members of the Ikatan Mahasiswa Minang Provinsi Lampung. The sampling was conducted using purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Partial Least Square (PLS) and then the obtained data is processed using SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that the Family Environment variable has a negative and significant effect on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest. Entrepreneurship Education and Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest, the Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education have a positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy, and Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest. Self-Efficacy mediates the influence of the Family Environment on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest. Self-Efficacy mediates the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest.
