Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mempengaruhi banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam hal transaksi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemanfaatan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan subjective norms terhadap intention to use aplikasi DANA di Bandar Lampung. Perubahan pola transaksi masyarakat dari konvensional menuju digital didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan akan sistem pembayaran yang cepat, aman, serta praktis. Namun, adopsi teknologi keuangan ini juga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik dari persepsi individu terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan teknologi tersebut, maupun pengaruh sosial di sekitar pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang mengetahui dan memiliki pengalaman menggunakan aplikasi DANA. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS, yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) sebagai X1, kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use) sebagai X2, dan subjective norms sebagai X3, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah intention to use (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemanfaatan (X1) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap intention to use (Y), kemudahan penggunaan (X2) juga tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap intention to use (Y), sementara subjective norms (X3) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use (Y). ABSTRACT The rapid development of information technology has influenced many aspects of life, including financial transactions. This research aims to examine the influence of usefulness, ease of use, and subjective norms on intention to use the DANA application in Bandar Lampung. Changes in people's transaction patterns from conventional to digital are driven by technological developments and the need for fast, safe and practical payment systems. However, the adoption of financial technology is also influenced by various factors, both from individual perceptions of the benefits and convenience of the technology, as well as social influences around the user. This research uses a quantitative method by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using the Lemeshow formula. The respondents of this research are people who know and have experience using the DANA application. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS software, which includes validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables studied include perceived usefulness as X1, perceived ease of use as X2, and subjective norms as X3, while the dependent variable is intention to use (Y). The research results show that usefulness (X1) has no effect and is not significant on intention to use (Y), ease of use (X2) also has no effect and is not significant on intention to use (Y), while subjective norms (X3) have a positive and significant effect on intention to use (Y).
