Abstract

PENGARUH MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU DI SMA DAN MA SE KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN Oleh: TIRA TAMARA Tujuan suatu organisasi adalah tercapainya produktivitas kerja yang dapat menghasilkan hasil kerja sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan. Produktivitas dapat tercapai apabila guru dan pemimpin dapat bekerjasama dan mempunyai satu visi dalam organisasi. Dalam meningkatkan output tenaga pendidiknya dalam produktivitas kerja dengan menawarkan motivasi dan meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja. Kinerja guru dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kepuasan kerja, dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja, dan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA dan MA Se Kab. Lampung Selatan sebanyak 103 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 103 orang menggunakan teknik sampling sistematis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi beprestasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMA dan MA se Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner motivasi berprestasi, kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja. Uji validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi person product moment. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh motivasi beprestasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMA dan MA Se Kab. Lampung Selatan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,596 dengan R Square sebesar 0,342 memperlihatkan pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 34,2%. Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja secara iii berturut-turut sebesar 31,8% dan 13,4%. Hasil regresi linear didapatkan nilai signifikan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,000 dan 0,018<0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh motivasi beprestasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMA dan MA se Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Productivity can be achieved if teachers and leaders can work together and have one vision in the organization. In increasing the output of its educators in work productivity by offering motivation and increasing the level of job satisfaction. Teacher performance is positively influenced by job satisfaction, positively influenced by work motivation, and positively influenced by work motivation and job satisfaction together. The population in this study were Senior High School and Islamic Senior High School teachers in South Lampung Regency as many as 103 people. The sample in this study was 103 people using systematic sampling techniques. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of achievement motivation and job satisfaction on teacher work productivity in SMA and MA in South Lampung Regency. The research instruments used in this study used questionnaires of achievement motivation, job satisfaction and work productivity. The validity test uses the person product moment correlation technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study found that there was an influence of achievement motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of teachers in SMA and MA throughout South Lampung Regency with a correlation value of 0.596 with an R Square of 0.342 showing the influence of achievement motivation and job satisfaction v simultaneously on work productivity of 34.2%. The influence of achievement motivation and job satisfaction partially on work productivity was 31.8% and 13.4%. The results of linear regression obtained a significant value of achievement motivation and job satisfaction of 0.000 and 0.018 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of achievement motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of teachers in SMA and MA throughout South Lampung Regency.
