Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil pra-penelitian yang dilakukan di Man OKU Timur diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Cooperative Learning tidak dilakukan sesuai dengan sintaks, sehingga membuat peserta didik kurang memahami materi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir analisis dan Self Efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran STS yang berbantuan media Mind Mapping terhadap kemampuan berpikir analisis dan Self Efficacy siswa kelas XI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Cluster Randome Sampling dari seluruh peserta didik kelas XI, didapatkan sempel yaitu kelas XI Reguler sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI Talent sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dua kali, tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest) tes ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa soal essai tes kemampuan berpikir analisis yang telah dilakukan uji validasi, reabilitas, tingkat kesungkaran dan daya beda dan angket Self Efficacy dengan skala likert yang telah dilakukan uji validasi dan reabilitas sehingga intrumen telah layak digunakan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Science Technology Society (STS) terhadap kemampuan berpikir berpikir analisis dan Slefficacy perserta duduk dengan memperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,000 0,05. Kesimpulanya yaitu 1. Terdapat pengaruh model Science Technology Society (STS) terhadap kemampuan berpikir analisis pada materi pola pengaturan tumbuhan. 2. Terdapat pengaruh model Science Technology Society (STS) terhadap kemampuan Slef Efficacy pada materi pola pengaturan tumbuhan. Kata Kunci: Science Technology Society (STS), berpikir analisis, Slef Efficacy, pola pengaturan tumbuhan ii ABSTRACT Based on the results of pre-research conducted at East Man OKU, the results showed that learning using the Cooperative Learning model was not carried out according to syntax, thus making students less likely to understand the material in developing analytical thinking skills and Self Efficacy. This research aims to determine the effect of the STS learning model assisted by Mind Mapping media on the analytical thinking skills and Self Efficacy of class XI students. This research is a quantitative research using the Cluster Randome Sampling method from all class XI students. A sample was obtained, namely class XI Regular as the experimental class and class XI Talent as the control class. Data collection was carried out twice, an initial test (pretest) and a final test (posttest). This test used research instruments in the form of essay questions on analytical thinking ability tests which had been tested for validation, reliability, level of difficulty and differentiability and a Self Efficacy questionnaire with a Likert scale. Validation and reliability tests have been carried out so that the instrument is suitable for use. The data analysis technique uses the t test. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of the Science Technology Society (STS) on the analytical thinking ability and Slefficacy of sitting participants by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion is that 1. There is an influence of the Science Technology Society (STS) model on the ability to think analytically on the material of plant arrangement patterns. 2. There is an influence of the Science Technology Society (STS) model on the Slef Efficacy ability in plant regulation pattern material.
