Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan 3 skala yaitu kecanduan media sosial sebanyak 22 aitem (ω=0.882), fear of missing out sebanyak 18 aitem (ω=0.916), dan regulasi diri sebanyak 23 aitem (ω=0.906). Kata Kunci: Kecendrungan Kecanduan Media Sosial, Fear Of Missing Out, Regulasi Diri. ABSTRACT Social media is a page or application to access all information by all users including K-Pop fans. Early adult K-Pop fans access social media as a bridge to find information about their idols, find entertainment, and even interact with fellow fans. The desire to stay connected with their idols makes fans always access social media. However, a number of problems associated with spending a lot of time on social media can lead to social media addiction behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between fear of missing out and self-regulation with the tendency of social media addiction in early adult K-Pop fans. The population in this study were early adult K-Pop fans in Indonesia who actively use social media and the sample used was 235 subjects using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used 3 scales, namely social media addiction as many as 22 items (ω=0.882), fear of missing out as many as 18 items (ω=0.916), and self-regulation as many as 23 items (ω=0.906). Using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of JASP software version 0.16.4.0. The results of the first research analysis show that there is a significant relationship between fear of missing out and self-regulation with the tendency of social media addiction with a correlation coefficient value of R Square = 0.354 with a significant level of p <.001 and obtained an effective contribution of 35.4%. The results of the second analysis there is a significant positive relationship between fear of missing out with the tendency of social media addiction with a correlation coefficient value = 0.548 with a significant level of p <.001 and an effective contribution of 27.2%. The results of the third analysis there is a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and the tendency of social media addiction with a correlation value = -0.344 with a significant level of p <.001 and an effective contribution of 8.2%. Keywords: Social Media Addiction Tendency, Fear Of Missing Out, Self-Regulation.
