Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, akan memotivasi peserta didik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di sekolah. Rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik salah satunya disebabkan oleh penerapan model pembelajaran yang pendidik terapkan di kelas kurang tepat. Model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada pendidik menyebabkan keaktifan peserta didik berkurang, sehingga motivasi belajar peserta didik menjadi rendah. Model pembelajaran Self Directed Learning merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dalam prosesnya berpusat pada peserta didik sehingga peserta didik termotivasi untuk aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Self Directed Learning Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen (Quasy Experimental Search). Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas, kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen untuk mengukur motivasi belajar peserta didik yaitu angket. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji Independent Sample T test. Hasil perhitungan uji-t yang telah dilakukan pada nilai posttest didapatkan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu t hitung mendapatkan nilai 9.072 dan t tabel 1,695 dan nilai sig < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 , sehingga Hₒ ditolak sedangkan Ha diterima. Maka keputusan yang diambil terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Self Directed Learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Self Directed Learning berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas V MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. The Self Directed Learning learning model is one of the learning models that in the process is centered on students so that students are motivated to be active in learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an Effect of the Self Directed Learning Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Class V Students of MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi�experimental method (Quasy Experimental Search), The research design used is Non-equivalent Control Group. Design. This study was conducted at MIN 11 Bandar Lampung, The population in this study were students of class V MIN 11 Bandar Lampung, The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, class VA as the experimental class and class VB as the control class The instrument for measuring student learning motivation is a questionnaire. The research hypothesis test uses the Independent Sample Test. The results of the t-test calculation that has been carried out on the posttest value obtained a calculated t value > t table, namely the calculated t value gets a value of 9.072 and the t table is 1.695 and the sig value <0.05 is 0.000, so Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted. So the decision taken is that there is an influence of the Self Directed Learning learning model on students' learning motivation. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Self Directed Learning learning model has an effect on the learning motivation of class V students at MIN 11 Bandar Lampung.
