Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja karyawan adalah salah satu faktor penting dari berjalannya suatu instansi, organisasi maupun perusahaan. Banyaknya instansi yang tidak berjalan baik karena kurangnya kestabilan dari hasil kerja karyawan, hal ini yang menjadi dasar bagi suatu instansi untuk memperhatikan setiap karyawannya. Etika kerja islam dan keefektifan sistem pengendalian internal adalah cara yang paling efektif untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan inovasi terhadap langkah strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para instansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam dan Keefektifan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner terhadap responden. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini 50 karyawan yaitu kurang dari 100 orang responden, sehingga penulis menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample dengan nonprobabiliy sampling, dengan jenis sample jenuh yaitu dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja Islam tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan melihat hasil uji yang tertera pada tabel 4.10, dimana Etika Kerja Islam mempunyai nilai original sample-0.256 , t-Statistik 1.500 > 1.96 dan P-Values 0.134 > 0.05, dan Keefektifan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan melihat hasil uji yang tertera pada tabel 4.10, dimana hasil original sample adalah 0.709 dikatakan negatif karena hasil tersebut bernilai negatif, t-statistik 6.811 > 1.96 dan P-values 0.000< 0.05. Dari rumusan masalah yang ketiga menyatakan bahwa DPRD Provinsi Lampung sudah sesui dangan ajaran agama islam dengan menerapkan sifat-sifat nabi seperti sidiq, tablik, amanah dan fathonah. ABSTRACT Employee performance is one of the important factors in the running of an agency, organization or company. The number of agencies that do not run well due to the lack of stability of employee work results, this is the basis for an agency to pay attention to each of its employees. Islamic work ethics and the effectiveness of the internal control system are the most effective ways to evaluate and innovate strategic steps that can be taken by agencies. The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Islamic Work Ethics and the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System on Employee Performance. The data collection technique used in this study is using a questionnaire to the respondents. Based on the total population in this study, 50 employees, which is less than 100 respondents, so the author uses a sampling technique with nonprobabiliy sampling, with a saturated sample type, namely by using the entire population as a sample. The results of the study show that Islamic Work Ethics has no effect on employee performance, by looking at the test results listed in table 4.10, where Islamic Work Ethics has an original sample value 0.256 , t-Statistics 1,500 > 1.96 and P-Values 0.134 > 0.05, and The effectiveness of the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, by looking at the test results listed in table 4.10, where the original sample result is 0.709 is said to be negative because the results are negative, t-statistics 6,811 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000< 0.05. From the formulation of the third problem, it is stated that the Lampung Provincial DPRD is in accordance with the teachings of Islam by applying the characteristics of the prophet such as sidiq, tablik, amanah and fathonah.
