Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan layanan perbankan tidak lagi hanya dengan slogan layanan yang aman dan terpercaya, namun juga mampu memberikan layanan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan nasabah yang telah berkembang searah dengan perkembangan teknologi dan gaya hidup. Salah satu bentuk layanan yang dikembangkan oleh bank adalah layanan Mobile Banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Mobile Banking, Cyber Crime dan Perlindungan terhadap Kepercayaan Nasabah. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, di mana pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner melalui google form pada masyarakat Bandar Lampung. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden dengan teknik insidental sampling yang dihitung dengan rumus lemeshow. Metode analisis data menggunakan partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS.4 untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Penggunaan Mobile Banking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Nasabah pada Masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung. 2) Cyber crime tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Nasabah pada Masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung. 3) Perlindungan Nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Nasabah pada Masyarakat Kota bandar lampung. Kata Kunci: Mobile Banking, Cyber Crime, Perlindungan Nasabah, Kepercayaan Nasabah. ABSTRACT The development of banking services is no longer only with the slogan of safe and reliable services, but also able to provide services tailored to the needs of customers who have developed in line with technological developments and lifestyles. One form of service developed by banks is Mobile Banking services. This study aims to determine the effect of using Mobile Banking, Cyber Crime and Protection on Customer Trust. The form of this research is quantitative, where the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires through google form to the people of Bandar Lampung. The research sample amounted to 96 respondents with incidental sampling technique calculated by the lemeshow formula. The data analysis method uses partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS.4 software for data processing. The results showed that: 1) The use of Mobile Banking has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust in the Bandar Lampung City Community. 2) Cyber crime has no effect and is significant to Customer Trust in the Community of Bandar Lampung City. 3) Customer Protection has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust in the City of Bandar Lampung.
