Abstract

ABSTRAK Wanita karir yang sudah menikah menghadapi tantangan unik dalam memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.Namun keputusan karir pada wanita cenderung berubah-ubah dengan alasan utama adalah keluarga.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara internal locus of control dan dukungan suami dengan fear of success pada wanita karir yang sudah menikah.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenis purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau instrumen yang digunakan dengan menggunakan 3skala dengan menghasilkan koefisien realibilitas internal locus of control a = (0,926) , Dukungan suami a = (0,851), dan fear of success a = (0,977) .Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan wanita yang sudah menikah dan bekerja dengan rentang usia 18-40 tahun dan memiliki suami bekerja sebanyak 152 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan software JASP versi 0.18.2.0 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel internal locus of control dan dukungan suami berpengaruh negatif signifikan dengan variabel fear of success hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara internal locus of control dan dukungan suami dengan fear of success pada wanita karir yang sudah menikah. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil R² = 0.283 dengan taraf signifikan <0.001 (p <.001). Artinya sumbangan efektif dari variabel independen ini sebesar 28,3% terhadap fear of success dan sisanya sebesar 71,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Internal locus of control, Dukungan Suami, Fear of success, Wanita karir. ABSTRACT Married career women face unique challenges in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. However, career decisions in women tend to change with the main reason being family. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between internal locus of control and husband's support with fear of success in married career women. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach method, with research sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection for this study using a questionnaire or instrument used using 3 scales by producing a reliability coefficient of internal locus of control a = (0.926), husband's support a = (0.851), and fear of success a = (0.977). The sample used in this study were married women who worked with an age range of 18-40 years and had a working husband of 152 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression test techniques with the help of JASP software version 0.18.2.0 for windows. The results obtained in this study indicate that the variables of internal locus of control and husband's support have a significant negative effect on the variable of fear of success, a significant negative relationship between internal locus of control and husband's support with fear of success in married career women. This is obtained from the results of R² = 0.283 with a significance level of <0.001 (p <.001). This means that the effective contribution of this independent variable is 28.3% to fear of success and the remaining 71.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
