Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruhnya inovasi produk dan layanan mobile banking bank syariah terhadap daya saing di pasar financial technology semakin ketat pesaing pada lembaga keuangan yang ada di Indonesia saat ini. maka hal itu peneliti mengamati dan analisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan layanan mobile banking bank syariah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Antasari, Bandar Lampung yang mampu meningkatkan persaingan dipasar financial technology. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer berupa kuensioner berbentuk google from dengan populasi dan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang menjadi 40 sampel yang digunakan dan metode penelitan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji prasarat, analisis liner berganda, hipotesis dengan bantuan dari SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara persial bahwa inovasi produk dan layanan mobile banking bank syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing dipasar financial technology (studi kasus pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Antasari, Bandar Lampung), namun secara simultan inovasi produk, layanan mobile banking berpengaruh signifikan terhadap day saing dipasar financial technology (studi kasus pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Antasari, Bandar Lampung). Kata Kunci: Inovasi Produk, Layanan Mobile Banking, Daya Saing, Financial Technology. ABSTRACT This research aims to explain the influence of Islamic bank mobile banking product and service innovation on competitiveness in the financial technology market, the increasingly fierce competition among financial institutions in Indonesia today. Therefore, researchers observed and analyzed the influence of product innovation and sharia bank mobile banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia Antasari, Bandar Lampung which were able to increase competition in the financial technology market. This research is quantitative research with primary data in the form of a google from questionnaire with the population and sample using purposive sampling of which 40 samples were used and data research methods using validity tests, reliability tests, prerequisite tests, multiple liner analysis, hypotheses with the help of the SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate individually that product innovation and mobile banking services of Islamic banks have a significant effect on competitiveness in the financial technology market (case study at Bank Syariah Indonesia Antasari, Bandar Lampung), but simultaneously product innovation, mobile banking services have a significant effect on competitiveness in the financial technology market (case study at Bank Syariah Indonesia Antasari, Bandar Lampung).
