Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS PERSEPSI PENDIDIK TERKAIT IMPLEMENTASI PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SMPN 3 BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh: Maria Ulpa Peneliti meninjau tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidik PAI di SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung. Pendidik perlu meluangkan waktu untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan P5. Pendidik juga perlu menyediakan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan peserta didik untuk melaksanakan kegiatan P5, seperti buku, alat, dan bahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana persepsi para pendidik terkait implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam konteks mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mewawancara pendidik PAI yang sudah menerapkan Program P5 pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Persepsi pendidik terkait perencanaan program P5 pada mata pelajaran PAI semuanya positif: Pertama Pembentukan tim fasilitator, mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan satuan pendidikan, merancang dimensi tema dan alokasi waktu, menyusun modul projek dan merancang hasil pelaporan projek. Kedua Persepsi pendidik terkait Pelaksanaan program P5 pada mata pelajaran pai semuannya positif Dimensi Ketuhanan: Ketiga pendidik menekankan pentingnya mengaitkan tanggung jawab menjaga lingkungan dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan, Dimensi Gotong Royong: dalam program P5 ditekankan sebagai kerja sama yang tidak hanya fisik, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai persaudaraan dalam Islam, Dimensi Bernalar Kritis: Peserta didik diajak untuk berpikir kritis mengenai dampak perilaku mereka terhadap lingkungan, seperti akibat dari membuang sampah sembarangan atau pencemaran lingkungan. Ketiga Persepsi pendidik terkait evaluasi program P5 pada mata iv pelajaran pai di SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung: Untuk kegiatan evaluasi pendidik di SMPN3 Bandar lampung menggunakan dua jenis alat Evaluasi yaitu Lembar Refleksi dan pemberian tugas. Pendidik menemukan tantangan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, bimbingan yang lebih intensif terhadap peserta didik Kata Kunci: Persepsi Pendidik, Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Pendidikan Agama Islam. v ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF EDUCATOR’S PERCEPTIONS REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT TO STRENGTHEN THE PROFILE OF PANCASILA STUDENTS IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION SUBJECTS AT SMPN 3 BANDAR LAMPUNG By: Maria Ulpa The researcher reviewed the problems faced by Islamic Religious Education educators at SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung. Educators need to take the time to plan, implement, and evaluate P5 activities. Educators also need to provide the resources needed by students to carry out P5 activities, such as books, tools, and materials. This study aims to determine the perceptions of educators regarding the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in the context of Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method by interviewing PAI educators who have implemented the P5 Program in PAI subjects at SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung. The results of the study show that: Educators' perceptions regarding the planning of the P5 program in Islamic Religious Education subjects are all positive: First, the formation of a facilitator team, identifying the level of readiness of educational units, designing the dimensions of themes and time allocation, compiling project modules and designing project reporting results. Second, the educators' perceptions related to the implementation of the P5 program in the PAI subject are all positive. Dimension of Divinity: Third, educators emphasize the importance of linking the responsibility to protect the environment with religious values, Dimension of Mutual Cooperation: in the P5 program, it is emphasized as cooperation that is not only physical, but also reflects the value of brotherhood in Islam, Dimension of Critical Reasoning: Students are invited to think critically about the impact of their behavior on the environment, such as the consequences of littering or vi environmental pollution. Third, the educators' perceptions related to the evaluation of the P5 program in the PAI subject at SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung: For evaluation activities, educators at SMPN3 Bandar Lampung use two types of evaluation tools, namely reflection sheets and assignments. Educators encounter challenges such as limited facilities, more intensive guidance for certain students and wider collaboration with students' parents.
