Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran IPAS di kelas masih cenderung berfokus pada guru dan penyajian materi cenderung hanya menyampaikan konsep konsep yang ada di buku. Akibatnya hasil belajar peserta didik tidak optimal. Pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) menuntut peserta didik untuk dapat berperan aktif membangun sendiri pengetahuannya serta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 3 Banyuwangi Pringsewu Lampung tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Peneliti menggunakan metode Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain One Group Pretes Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 21 peserta didik. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 3 Banyuwangi Pringsewu Lampung. Metode teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan tes tertulis, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data dari hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa data taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap hasil belajar, dengan hasil pengaruh sebesar 21,53. Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning requires students to be able to play an active role in building their own knowledge and can increase students' understanding of the material. The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on student learning outcomes in science subjects. This research was carried out at SDN 3 Banyuwangi Pringsewu Lampung in the 2024/2025 academic year. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with an experimental approach. Researchers used the Pre-Experimental Design method with a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was all class IV students, totaling 21 students. The sampling technique used in this research is Non-Probability Sampling with a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was class IV students at SDN 3 Banyuwangi Pringsewu Lampung. The data collection technique method is using written tests, interviews and documentation. Based on data analysis from the t test results, it can be concluded that the data at the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on learning outcomes, with an influence result of 21,53.
