Abstract
ABSTRAK Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara (KPPS) memegang peranan penting dalam Pemilu 2024. KPPS bertugas untuk melakukan pemungutan suara Pemilu 2024. Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) mengategorikan KPPS sebagai salah satu badan ad hoc.Tugas dan wewenang yang sangat banyak membuat petugas KPPS stress. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel employee engagement dan burnout yang dimoderasi oleh happiness at work pada petugas KPPS (Kelompok Pelenggara Pemungutan Suara) Di Teluk Betung Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan petugas KPPS yang berasal dari 5 Kelurahan di Teluk Betung Barat, yaitu Bakung, Sukramae II, Kuripan, Negeri Olok Gading dan Batuputuk dengan sampel berjumlah 87 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket atau kuisoner dengan mengajukan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dalam permasalahan penelitian. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disebutkan bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel interaksi antara Employee Engagement dan burnout dimoderasi Happiness at work sebesar 0.000 (>0.05), maka berkemsimpulan bahwa variabel happiness at work (M) mampu memoderasi pengaruh employee engagement terhadap variabel burnout, yang artinya apabila pegawai KPPS Teluk Betung Barat memiliki emosi positif ditempat kerja maka pegawai KPPS akan memiliki lingkungan kerja yang positif dan tidak akan mengalami burnout atau stress ditempat kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between employee engagement and burnout variables moderated by happiness at work in KPPS (Voting Organizing Group) officers in West Teluk Betung. The population in this study were KPPS officers from 5 sub�districts in West Teluk Betung, namely Bakung, Sukramae II, Kuripan, Negeri Olok Gading and Batuputuk with a sample of 87 people. The researcher used a data collection technique using a questionnaire method by asking questions related to the research problem. The method in this study is a quantitative method with the help of SPSS software.
