Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu usaha industri bagian makanan yang berada di Kota Bandar Lampung ialah usaha industri pembuatan tahu dan tempe yang berada di Kelurahan Gunung Sulah. Terdapat penurunan pendapatan UMKM tempe dalam rentang Bulan Desember 2023 sampai Bulan Februari 2024. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan kesejahteraan para pelaku UMKM tempe menurun. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah terdapat pengaruh variabel sosial dan variabel ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung? Dan bagaimana perspektif ekonomi Islam mengenai variabel sosial dan variabel ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung? Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel sosial dan variabel ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Dan untuk menganalisa perspektif ekonomi Islam mengenai pengaruh variabel sosial dan variabel ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research). Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung sebanyak 89 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefiesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa variabel sosial dan variabel ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Artinya semaki tinggi kondisi sosial dan ekonomi pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung, maka akan semakin meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung tersebut. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin rendah kondisi sosial ekonomi pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung, maka akan semakin menurun kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung tersebut. Perspektif ekonomi Islam mengenai pengaruh variabel sosial dan variabel ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. yaitu seorang dikatakan sejahtera bila berada dalam keadaan, makmur, sehat serta damai, atau merujuk pada keadaan atau kondisi yang baik sesuai dengan firman Allah Swt dalam QS. ABSTRACT One of the food industry businesses in Bandar Lampung City is the tofu and tempeh manufacturing industry in Gunung Sulah Village. There is a decline in the income of tempe MSMEs in the period from December 2023 to February 2024. This has resulted in the welfare of tempe MSME players decreasing. The formulation of the problem in this research is: Is there an influence of socio-economic variables on the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City? And what is the Islamic economic perspective regarding socio-economic variables on the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City? The aim of this research is to determine the influence of socio-economic variables on the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. And to analyze the Islamic economic perspective regarding socio-economic variables on the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. This research includes field research. This research approach is quantitative research. The sample in the research was 89 tempeh MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The research results show that socio-economic variables influence the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. This means that the higher the socio-economic conditions of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City, the more the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City will improve. Vice versa, the lower the socio economic conditions of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City, the more the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City will decrease. Islamic economic perspective regarding socio-economic variables on the welfare of tempe MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. that is, a person is said to be prosperous if he is in a state of prosperity, health and peace, or refers to a good state or condition in accordance with the word of Allah SWT in the QS.
