Abstract

ABSTRAK Produktivitas kerja perusahaan menggambarkan kinerja internal perusahaan, dan mencerminkan berhasil atau tidaknya sistem kerja dalam menghasilkan output barang atau jasa. training, education, dan work experience yang dimiliki karyawan merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh training, education, dan work experience terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan untuk mengetahui pandangan bisnis Islam pada PT. Indokom Samudra Persada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis Smartpls4 Sumber data dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indokom Samudra Persada sebanyak 106 orang, dijadikan sample sebanyak 52 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reabilitas dan uji hipotesis Hasil penelitian: (1) training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. (2) education berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan (3) work experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan simultan antara training, education, dan work experience terhadap produktivitas kerja. Dalam pandangan bisnis Islam hal ini telah sesuai terlihat sebagian besar karyawan memiliki pelatihan, pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja yang cukup baik demi keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan dengan karyawan yang produktif. ABSTRACT Company work productivity describes the company's internal performance, and reflects the success or failure of the work system in producing output of goods or services. employee training, education and work experience are important factors that influence work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of training, education, and work experience on work productivity, and to determine the view of Islamic business at PT. Indokom Samudra Persada. This research is field research with quantitative research methods and uses the Smartpls4 analysis method. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaire methods and documentation. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indokom Samudra Persada, as many as 106 people, was used as a sample of 52 people using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques are carried out through validity, reliability and hypothesis testing Research results: (1) training has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. (2) education has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity and (3) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. (4) There is a positive and simultaneous influence between training, education and work experience on work productivity in the view of Islamic business which is in accordance with this. This can be seen from the majority of employees having a fairly good level of training, education and work experience for the survival of the company with productive employees.
