Abstract

ABSTRAK Organizational Citizenship Behaviour merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku yang dikerjakan karyawan diluar kewajiban tugasnya, akan tetapi perilaku ini bermanfaat bagi organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan Spiritual Leadership dan Emotional Intelligence karyawan diharapkan mampu memberikan efek peningkatan terhadap perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Emotional Intelligence dan Spiritual Leadership mempengaruhi perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behaviour pada Pegawai Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kantor Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah keseluruhan populasi adalah 233 Pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 100 responden melalui metode Slovin dengan Tingkat toleransi error 10%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner secara online melalui google formulir maupun offline dengan metode analisa menggunakan pendekatan structural equation model dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Emotional Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, semakin tinggi Tingkat kecerdasan emosional pegawai semakin tinggi kemungkinan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behaviour timbul. Hasil berikutnya menunjukkan bahwa Spiritual Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Dan dalam perspektif Manajemen Bisnis Islam perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behaviour merupakan perilaku yang sesuai nilai - nilai yang diajarkan dalam Islam yaitu nilai - nilai ketulusan, ta’awun, ukkuwah dan mujahadah. Kata Kunci: Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Leadership, dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. ABSTRACT Organizational Citizenship Behaviour is a term used to identify behaviour that employees do outside of their job obligations, but this behaviour is beneficial to the organization. The leadership style of Spiritual Leadership and Emotional Intelligence of employees is expected to have an increasing effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. This study aims to determine how much Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Leadership affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on Employees of the Regional House of Representatives of Bandar Lampung City. The population of this study was the Office of the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Bandar Lampung City with a total population of 233 employees. The number of samples obtained was 100 respondents through the Slovin method with an error tolerance level of 10%. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through online questionnaires via google forms and offline with the analysis method using a structural equation model approach with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, the higher the level of emotional intelligence of employees, the higher the possibility of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. The next result shows that Spiritual Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. And in the perspective of Islamic Business Management Organizational Citizenship Behavior is behavior that is in accordance with the values taught in Islam, namely the values of sincerity, ta'awun, ukkuwah and mujahadah.
