Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan pemuda berbasis life Skill yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) @rt.com di Desa Titiwangi adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas olah komputer atau digital pada lapisan pemuda yang tidak memiliki akses dalam fasilitas belajar. Dimana dilatar belakangi tidak meratanya kesempatan bagi setiap pemuda dalam menempuh pendidikan secara formal, dikarenakan rendahnya faktor ekonomi, dan kesibukan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Sehingga mengakibatkan lapisan pemuda ini, kurang mampu beradaptasi dalam persaingan kerja. Adapun dari latar belakang fenomena masalah tersebut, peneliti merumuskan masalah yang akan dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu : Bagaimana Proses Pemberdayaan Pemuda Berbasis Life Skill Oleh LKP @rt.com Di Desa Titiwangi. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberdayaan pemuda berbasis life skill oleh LKP @rt.com di Desa Titiwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dimana data yang dihasilkan adalah data yang diperoleh peneliti berdasarkan apa yang terjadi pada waktu itu. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemuda sebagai objek yang diberdayakan, mentor dan LKP @rt.com selaku subjek atau fasilitator yang memberdayakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu memilih subjek atau partisipan yang telah sesuai kriteria menurut peneliti, yakni pemilik LKP, mentor, dan pemuda sebagai peserta program pemberdayaan. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan 3 tahapan yaitu melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau proses penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori belajar sosial Albert Bandura dimana hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberdayaan pemuda berbasis life skill dilakukan melalui 5 tahapan yakni tahap Attention (Perhatian) kunci untuk memastikan peserta terlibat dan aktif dalam proses belajar, tahap Retention (Retensi) merujuk pada iv kemampuan peserta untuk menyimpan dan mengingat informasi serta keterampilan yang telah dipelajari, tahap Reproduction (Reproduksi) merujuk pada kemampuan peserta untuk mengulang atau menerapkan kembali informasi dan keterampilan yang telah dipelajari dalam konteks yang berbeda, tahap Motivation yang memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong peserta untuk terlibat aktif dan berkomitmen terhadap proses belajar, dan tahap Pemberdayaan, dimana proses memberikan peserta kemampuan, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengambil kendali atas hidup mereka dan berkontribusi secara positif dalam komunitas atau masyarakat. Pemberdayaan pemuda berbasis life skill ini dinyakatakn berhasil, yang ditandai dengan kemajuan keterampilan peserta melalui evaluasi pra dan pasca pelatihan, penerapan keterampilann di dunia kerja, dan perubahan sikap dan kepercayaan diri peserta sebelum dan sesudah pemberdayaan. ABSTRACT Youth empowerment based on life skills conducted by the Course and Training Institute (LKP) @rt.com in Titiwangi Village is an effort to enhance computer or digital processing capacity among youth who do not have access to learning facilities. Where the background is the unequal opportunities for every young person to pursue formal education, due to low economic factors and the busyness of meeting family needs. Thus, it results in this layer of youth being less able to adapt in the job competition. Regarding the background of the problem phenomenon, the researcher formulates the problem to be studied in this research, namely: How the Process of Youth Empowerment Based on Life Skills by LKP @rt.com in Titiwangi Village. Therefore, this research aims to understand how youth empowerment based on life skills by LKP @rt.com in Titiwangi Village. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, where the data produced is obtained by the researcher based on what happened at that time. The participants in this study are young people as the empowered subjects, mentors, and LKP @rt.com as the subjects or facilitators who empower. This research uses data collection techniques employing purposive sampling methods, which involve selecting subjects or participants who meet the criteria set by the researcher, namely LKP owners, mentors, and youth as participants in the empowerment program. The data collection process is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification or the conclusion drawing process. This research uses Albert Bandura's social learning theory, where the results indicate that youth empowerment based on life skills is carried out through five stages: the Attention stage, crucial for ensuring participants are engaged and active in the learning process; the Retention stage, referring to participants' ability to store and recall the information and skills learned; the Reproduction stage, referring to participants' ability to repeat or apply the learned vi information and skills in different contexts; the Motivation stage, which plays an important role in encouraging participants to be actively involved and committed to the learning process; and the Empowerment stage, where the process provides participants with the ability, confidence, and skills necessary to take control of their lives and contribute positively to the community or society. This youth empowerment based on life skills is deemed successful, marked by the progress in participants' skills through pre- and post-training evaluations, the application of skills in the workplace, and changes in participants' attitudes and confidence before and after empowerment.
