Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep Matematika peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya. Beberapa penyebabnya ialah hasil belajar yang tidak optimal yang dibuktikan oleh persantase kelulusan peserta didik pada hasil ulangan matematika. Sebanyak 25 % peserta didk tuntas dan 75% peserta didik tidak tuntas. Beberapa hambatan yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran peserta didik kurang percaya diri, takut mencoba, serta menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran matematika itu sulit, serta belum mengetahui aplikasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan Media Aplikasi Assemblr Edu Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis Quasi Experimental Design (Eksperimen Semu), menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya, Kec. Sukarame, Kabupaten. Lampung Selatan, Lampung pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Populasi sebanyak 98 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan Media Aplikasi Assemblr Edu dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan Model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Teams Archievement Devision (STAD). Proses penelitian melibatkan pretest, pemberian perlakuan, dan posttest untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes berupa 10 butir soal essay dan instrumen tes sebelum digunakan dilakukan pengujian validitas, realibilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. Untuk analisis data digunakan prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan taraf pengujian signifikansi 5% (0,05). Berdasarkan pengujian uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas diperoleh bahwa sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen atau memiliki varian-varian yang sama, dan hasil uji hipotesis (uji-t) pemahaman konsep matematika pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti H1 diterima Ho ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan Media Aplikasi iv Assemblr Edu terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Matematika v ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low understanding of the concept of Mathematics among grade IV students at SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya. Some of the causes are suboptimal learning outcomes as evidenced by the percentage of students passing in the math test results. As many as 25% of students complete and 75% of students do not complete. Some of the obstacles that occur in the learning process are students lack confidence, are afraid to try, and state that learning mathematics is difficult, and do not know applications that can integrate technology as a medium in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Assembir Edu Application Media on the understanding of grade IV Mathematics concepts at SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with the type of Quasi Experimental Design (Pseudo-Experiment), using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted in grade IV at SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya, Sukarame District, Regency. South Lampung, Lampung in the 2024/2025 school year. The population is 98 students. Sampling was done using Simple Random Sampling. Class IV A as an experimental class uses the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu Application Media and class IV B as a control class using the Student Teams Archievement Devision (STAD) type Cooperative learning model. The research process involves pretest, treatment, and posttest to measure students' understanding of concepts before and after treatment. The research instrument used a test in the form of 10 essay questions and test instruments before being used to test validity, realism, level of difficulty and discriminating power. For data analysis, the prerequisites for analysis were used, namely normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using a t-test with a significance test level of 5% (0.05). Based on the normality test and homogeneity test, it was obtained that the samples were normally and homogeneously distributed or had the same variants, and the results of the hypothesis test (t-test) of understanding mathematical concepts in the experimental class obtained a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that H₁ was accepted Ho rejected so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu Application Media on the vi Understanding of Grade IV Mathematics Concepts at SD Negeri 1 Harapan Jaya.
