Abstract
ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi di era digital saat ini telah menjangkau hampir semua aspek kehidupan, mulai dari belanja, transportasi, keuangan, hingga kegiatan berdonasi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi lainnya. BSI menjadi Bank Syariah dengan Best Digital Bank terbaik yang dianugerahkan oleh Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024. Peningkatan transaksi sebesar 49,12 persen (ytd) menjadi Rp280 miliar dengan volume transaksi mencapai 3,12 juta transaksi Namun dibalik peningkatan dan keunggulan QRIS BSI tidak menempati pada posisi 5 besar dalam tingkat persentase pengguna QRIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap behavior intention to use dengan trust sebagai variable intervening. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Dengan menggunakan 4 variabel yang terbagi menjadi 2 variabel independen yakni perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness, 1 variabel dependen yaitu behavior intention to use, dan 1 variabel intervening yakni trust. Alat analisis menggunakan PLS- SEM dengan bantuan Smart PLS4 sebagai alat bantu olah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavior intention to use pada pengguna layanan QRIS BSI Mobile, variabel perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh terhadap trust. Berbeda dengan perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap trust. trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior intention to use pada pengguna layanan QRIS BSI Mobile dan trust tidak dapat memediasi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Perceived Ease Of Use terhadap Behavior Intention To Use. Berbeda dengan variabel Trust mampu memediasi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Perceived Usefulness terhadap Behavior Intention To Use. This study aims to determine how Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect behavior intention to use with trust as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is quantitative with non probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling method with a sample size of 97 respondents. By using 4 variables which are divided into 2 independent variables, namely perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, 1 dependent variable, namely behavior intention to use, and 1 intervening variable, namely trust. The analysis tool uses PLS-SEM with the help of Smart PLS4 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have no effect on behavior intention to use on users of BSI Mobile QRIS services, the variable perceived ease of use has no effect on trust. In contrast to perceived usefulness has an effect on trust. trust has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention to use on users of QRIS BSI Mobile services and trust cannot mediate the positive and significant relationship between Perceived Ease Of Use on Behavior Intention To Use. In contrast to the Trust variable is able to mediate a positive and significant relationship between Perceived Usefulness on Behavior Intention To Use.
