Abstract

ABSTRAK Sebagai salah satu lembaga pengentas kemiskinan Dompet Dhuafa bertekad untuk membantu Indonesia bangkit dari keterpurukan namun Dompet Dhuafa Lampung masih mengalami kesulitan dalam penghimpunan dana Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah (ZIS) karena masih kurangnya kepercayaan para calon muzakki untuk berdonasi di Dompet Dhuafa Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Technology, penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah (ZIS) dan laporan mustahiq terhadap kepercayaan muzakki pada Dompet Dhuafa Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 95 responden muzakki Dompet Dhuafa Lampung dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions) versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Technology berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki, penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah (ZIS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki, laporan mustahiq berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Serta hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Financial Technology, penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah (ZIS) dan laporan mustahiq berpengaruh secara simultan tehadap kepercayaan muzakki Dompet Dhuafa Lampung. ABSTRACT As one of the poverty alleviation institutions, Dompet Dhuafa is determined to help Indonesia rise from adversity, but Dompet Dhuafa Lampung is experiencing difficulties in collecting Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah (ZIS) funds because there is still a lack of trust among muzakki candidates to donate to Dompet Dhuafa Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the application of Financial Technology, of collecting zakat, infaq and sedekah (ZIS) funds and mustahiq reports on muzakki trust in Dompet Dhuafa Lampung. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods, with a sample of 95 Muzakki Dompet Dhuafa Lampung respondents using the Slovin formula calculation. The analysis tool used is SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions) version 26. The research results show that the application of Financial Technology has a significant effect on muzakki's trust, the process of collecting zakat, infaq and sedekah (ZIS) funds has a significant effect on muzakki's trust, mustahiq reports have a significant effect on muzakki's trust. And this shows that the application of Financial Technology, of collecting zakat, infaq and sedekah (ZIS) funds and mustahiq reports simultaneously influence the trust of Dompet Dhuafa Lampung muzakki.
