Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penataan arsip dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Sub Bagian Tata Usaha SMAN 2 Tumijajar Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh sistem penyimpanan arsip yang masih manual dengan penyimpanan berdasarkan tanggal dan subjek dalam lemari khusus, serta adanya kendala seperti risiko banjir dan kehilangan arsip yang dapat memperlambat pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kombinasi Random Sampling dan Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sample 88 dengan jumlah populasi siswa berserta guru dan staff TU berjumlah 755 dengan spesifik sample 44 siswa dan 44 guru berserta staff TU dengan penentuan sample tertentu .laki-laki /Perempuan , siswa SMAN 2 tumijajar dan Guru berserta staff TU yang memanfaatkan pelayanan pada sub bagian tata usaha dari populasi yang terdiri dari pegawai tata usaha dan peserta didik SMAN 2 Tumijajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner,Teknik analisis dengan uji validitas, ujireabilitas, uji prasarat analisis serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara penataan arsip terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dibuktikan dengan nilai T hitung sebesar 2,331 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,025 < 0,05, yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Besarnya pengaruh penataan arsip terhadap kualitas pelayanan ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,115 atau 11,5%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat rendah pada interval 0,00 – 0,199. Kesimpulannya, meskipun terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara penataan arsip terhadap kualitas pelayanan, pengaruhnya masih tergolong sangat rendah. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengarsipan digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan. Sampling technique using a combination of random sampling and purposive sampling with a number of samples 88 with the number of student populations along with teachers and TU staff totaling 755 with specific samples of 44 students and 44 teachers along with TU staff with the determination of certain samples of men /women students of SMAN 2 Tumijajar and The teacher along with the TU staff who utilize services in the administrative sub -section of the population consisting of administrative employees and students of SMAN 2 Tumijajar. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documents, and questionnaires, analysis techniques with validity tests. Testing the analysis of the analysis test and hypothesis test. The results showed a significant influence between the arrangement of the archive on the quality of the pit, as evidenced by the value of the tcount of 2.331 and the significance level of 0.025 <0.05, which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The magnitude of the influence of archive arrangement on service quality is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.115 or 11.5%, which is included in the very low category at an interval of 0.00-0.199. In conclusion, although there is a significant positive influence between the arrangement of archives on service quality, the effect is still classified as very low. Based on these findings.
