Abstract

ABSTRAK Kompetensi Profesional Guru adalah kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh guru berkaitan dengan sejumlah keahlian yang menunjang tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai suatu profesi. yang memberi aturan bersama yang menata aspek kognitif dan afektif para anggotanya dalam organisasi dan cara cara dimana aturan-aturan itu dibentuk dan diungkapkan. Dalam hal ini budaya organisasi yang dimaksud ialah budaya organisasi yang berada di MI Ma’Arif Sidoharjo peneliti berkeyakinan bahwa kompetensi guru dan lingkungan madrasah sangat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Melalui kompetensi guru yang maksimal dan budaya organisasi yang baik, harapannya permasalahan prestasi belajar siswa di MI Ma’Arif Sidoharjo. Dari penjelasan diatas penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang “Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Di Mi Ma’arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan’’. Ditinjau dari jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif . Adapun yang menjadi populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 guru di Mi Ma’arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel total sampling dimana teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan menggunakan seluruh guru di Mi Ma’arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kompetensi Profesional Guru Dan variabel Budaya Organisasi Terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Siswa Di MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan rumus Uji Z didapatkan niliai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, terdapat perbedaan antara Kompetensi Profesional Guru (X1) Budaya Organisasi (X2) Prestasi Belajar (Y). Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel Kompetensi Profesional Guru Dan variabel Budaya iv Organisasi Terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Siswa Di MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Adapun koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,973 atau 97,3%. Dengan demikian menunjukan suatu presentasi pengaruh variabel Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan variabel Budaya Organisasi mampu mepengaruhi sebesar 97,3% terhadap Prestasi Belajar di MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sedangkan sisanya tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Kompetensi Profesional Guru Dan variabel Budaya Organisasi Terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Siswa Di MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. In this case, the organizational culture that What is meant is the organizational culture at MI Ma'Arif Sidoharjo. The researcher believes that teacher competence and madrasah environment greatly affect student learning achievement. Through maximum teacher competence and good organizational culture, it is hoped that the problem of student learning achievement at MI Ma'Arif Sidoharjo. .........From the explanation above, this study explains about "The Influence of Teacher Professional Competence and Organizational Culture on Student Learning Achievement at Mi Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency". Reviewed from the type of research, this is a quantitative study. The population in this study were 15 teachers at Mi Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency and the sample in this study used a total sampling sample where the sampling technique used random sampling using all teachers at Mi Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency. .........Based on the results obtained in this study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Teacher Professional Competence and the variables of Organizational Culture on the variables of Student Learning Achievement at MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency. This is indicated by the Z Test formula which obtained a value ofSig. (2- tailed)of 0.000 <0.05, there is a difference between Teacher Professional Competence (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) Learning Achievement (Y). So, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the variables of Teacher Professional Competence and Organizational Culture variables on the variables of Student Learning Achievement at MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, vi South Lampung Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.973 or 97.3%. Thus, it shows a presentation of the influence of the variables of Teacher Professional Competence and Organizational Culture variables are able to influence 97.3% on Learning Achievement at MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency, while the rest were not examined in this study. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the variables of Teacher Professional Competence and Organizational Culture variables on the variables of Student Learning Achievement at MI Ma'arif Sidoharjo, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency.
