Abstract

ABSTRAK Guru memegang peran sangat penting dalam pendidikan. Ideal seorang guru selalu dengan peserta didik di dalam atau di luar kelas. Kemudian, peran guru selalu tercemin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, tidak hanya sebagai simbol di madrasah. Untuk menjadi guru yang baik, seorang guru harus memahami semua materi, dapat membuat yang baik perencanaan sebelum mengajar, memiliki adaptasi yang baik dengan perubahan peserta didik. Selalu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik, dan tahu dengan baik mengenai peserta didik. Dan yang paling penting adalah guru harus memiliki ketulusan yang baik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, penting sekali peranan guru aqidah akhlak sebagai informator, motivator, dan evaluator dalam membentuk karakter keislaman siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam membentuk karakter keislaman di era digitalisasi pada kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah jenis kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu kepala sekolah MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung, guru aqidah akhlak kelas VIII, staff TU dan peserta didik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah peran guru aqidah akhlak sebagai informator motivator, dan evaluator dalam membentuk karakter keislaman toleransi, kerjasama, teguh pendirian, dan percaya diri siswa kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung, didalamnya meliputi: hasil yang diperoleh dan akumulasinya. The ideal of a teacher is to always accompany students inside or outside the classroom. Then the role of teachers is always reflected in everyday life, not just as a symbol in madrasas. To be a good teacher, a teacher must understand all the subject matter, be able to make good plans before class, and be able to adapt well to changes in students. Always improve students' skills and know students well. And the most important thing is that teachers must have good sincerity in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher as an informer, motivator and evaluator in shaping the Islamic character of VIII grade students is very important. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in shaping the Islamic character in the age of digitalization in VIII grade at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. This research is a qualitative type of descriptive research. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation. An informant in data collection, namely the principal of MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung, VIII grade aqidah teacher, TU staff and students. Methods of data analysis that is used in several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data generation, draw conclusions/verifications.The findings of this study are the role of aqidah teachers as motivator, informants and evaluators in shaping the Islamic character of tolerance, cooperation, steadfastness, and unity. confident VIII grade students of Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung Keywords : Role of aqidah akhlak teachers, Islamic character, Era of digitalization
