Abstract

ABSTRAK Ketenagakerjaan masih menjadi salah satu masalah di Indonesia, hal ini disebabkan karena banyak penduduk dan angkatan kerja yang belum mendapatkan pekerjaan tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah investasi swasta, indeks pembangunan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (IP-TIK) dan PDRB berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 disertai dengan melihat dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu secara kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) Indoesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel investasi swasta tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan variabel indeks pembangunan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (IP-TIK) serta PDRB berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa investasi swasta, IP-TIK, dan PDRB secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Pemerintah sebagai khalifah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menciptakan penyerapan tenaga kerja secara optimal. Dalam hal tersebut pemerintah Indonesia telah berupaya mencapai kesejahteraan negara, salah satu langkah penting yang diambil adalah dengan berupaya meningkatkan IP-TIK, dan PDRB dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia. ABSTRACT Employment is still one of the problems in Indonesia, this is because many residents and the labor force who have not yet found a job are not matched by the availability of jobs. The purpose of this study is to determine whether private investment, information and communication technology development index (IP-ICT) and GRDP have an effect on employment in Indonesia in 2018-2022 along with seeing in the perspective of Islamic economics. The approach method in this research is quantitative, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. The data used is secondary data taken from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) of Indonesia. The data analysis method used is panel data analysis. The results showed that partially, the private investment variable had no effect on labor absorption, and the information and communication technology development index (IP-ICT) and GRDP variables had a significant effect on labor absorption. Simultaneous test results show that private investment, IP-ICT, and GRDP together have a significant effect on labor absorption in Indonesia in 2018 2022. The government as a caliph has the responsibility to create optimal employment. In this case, the Indonesian government has tried to achieve the welfare of the country, one of the important steps taken is to try to increase IP-ICT, and GRDP in the hope of increasing employment in Indonesia.
