Abstract

ABSTRAK Kolam renang adalah konstruksi buatan berisi air yang digunakan untuk olahraga renang, dengan kualitas air yang harus dijaga sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2023 demi keselamatan pengguna. Di Bandar Lampung, ditemukan dua kolam renang dengan sistem pengelolaan berbeda, namun kualitas airnya belum diketahui secara pasti. Salah satu kolam menunjukkan keberadaan mikrobiota, sementara kolam lainnya tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas air pada kedua kolam dan menganalisis apakah perbedaan sistem pengelolaan memengaruhi kualitas air tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode composite sampling dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan dilakukan analisis kualitas air berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 02 Tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar parameter kualitas air pada kedua kolam masih sesuai dengan peraturan tersebut. Namun, kolam renang A memiliki nilai pH sebesar 8,64 dan kolam renang B memiliki kekeruhan sebesar 0,5, yang keduanya tidak memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Selain itu, analisis statistik menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada parameter klorin. Kata kunci: Kolam Renang, Komparatif, Kualitas Air, Sistem Pengelolaan iii ABSTRACT A swimming pool is an artificial construction filled with water that is used for swimming sports, with water quality that must be maintained in accordance with the 2023 Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for the safety of users. In Bandar Lampung, two swimming pools were found with different management systems, but the water quality is not yet known for certain. One of the pools showed the presence of microbiota, while the other pool did not. This research aims to evaluate the water quality in the two ponds and analyze whether differences in management systems affect the water quality. This research used a composite sampling method with a quantitative descriptive approach and water quality analysis was carried out based on Minister of Health Regulation Number 02 of 2023. The results of the research showed that most of the water quality parameters in the two ponds still complied with these regulations. However, swimming pool A has a pH value of 8.64 and swimming pool B has a turbidity of 0.5, both of which do not meet the specified standards. In addition, statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney test showed significant differences in chlorine parameters. Key words: Swimming Pool, Comparative,Water Quality,Management System
