Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi tolak ukur bagi keberhasilan perekonomian yang dijalankan oleh tiap-tiap negara. Tinggi atau rendahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu negara dapat dilihat dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya Salah satunya dengan adanya keterbukaan perdagangan maupun investasi. Pertumbuhan di Negara Asean Lower Middle Income yang mana merupakan negara yang potensi pertumbuhan ekonominya rata rata menengah kebawah mengalami kondisi yang stagnan maupun menurun dalam presentasenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Trade Openness Economic, Trade in Service dan Foreign Direct Investment terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di 5 negara Kawasan ASEAN Lower Middle Income. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder, dalam bentuk regresi data panel yaitu gabungan dari data Time series dengan Cross section. Data time series pada penelitian ini menggunakan 6 tahun terakhir yaitu 2017 – 2022, sedangkan cross section pada penelitian ini menggunakan 5 negara di ASEAN. Data di olah dengan analisis data panel dengan model regresi Fixed Effect Model menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Trade Openness Economic berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Trade in Service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Foreign Direct Investment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik, di negara – negara ASEAN masih belum optimal. Peningkatan Keterbukaan Perdagangan dan Investasi Asing merupakan upaya – upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk mencapai Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik, yang sejalan dengan Konsep Muamalah. Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Trade Oopenness, Trade in Service, dan Foreign Direct Investment. ABSTRACT Economic growth is a benchmark for the success of the economy run by each country. The high or low economic growth in a country can be seen from the factors that affect it, one of which is the Openness of Trade and Investment. Growth in Asean Lower Middle Income countries has been stagnant or declining, which is a country whose economic growth potential is average in the lower middle of the country. This study aims to determine the influence of Trade Openness Economic, Trade in Service and Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth in 5 countries in the Lower Middle Income ASEAN Region. The research method is a quantitative research, the data used is in the form of secondary data, in the form of panel data regression, which is a combination of Time series data with Cross section. The time series data in this study uses the last 6 years, namely 2017 – 2022, while the cross section in this study uses 5 countries in ASEAN. The data was processed by panel data analysis with a Fixed Effect Model regression model using Eviews 10. The results of this study show that Economic Trade Openness has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Trade in Service has a positive and significant effect on economic growth and Foreign Direct Investment has a significant positive effect on economic growth. From the perspective of Islamic economics, the results of this study show that from the perspective of Islamic economics, the achievement of good economic growth in ASEAN countries is still not optimal. Increasing the Openness of Trade and Foreign Investment is an effort that needs to be made to achieve good economic growth, which is in line with the Muamalah Concept.
