Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2020 terdapat dugaan tindak tipikor pengelolaan BUMDes, dengan estimasi aset BUMDes dari tahun 2016 hingga saat itu sekitar Rp 430.800.00. Terdapat juga di artikel pada tahun 2021, dimana ketua BUMDes yang sudah menjabat selama 2 tahun tapi hingga saat itu pengelolaan keuangan tersebut tidak jelas karena tidak ada laporan pertanggungjawaban atau laporan tahunan pengurusnya. Dan menurut ketua BUMDes tersebut, terdapat dana BUMDes sebesar Rp 40.419.000 yang dipinjam oleh pengurus lama maupun pengurus yang sekarang. Motode penelitian menggunakan Kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan data Primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data skunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen, artikel, jurnal-jurnal, dan lain-lain yang terkait dengan judul penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Desa Way Huwi dengan teknik purposive sampling yang memperoleh sampel sebanyak 99. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas berpengaruh signifikan dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dalam pengembangan BUMDes terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa way huwi, Transparansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dalam pengembangan BUMDes terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dan Akuntabilitas dan transparansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dalam pengembangan BUMDes prespektif Ekonomi islam di desa Way Huwi. Kata Kunci : Akuntabilitas, Ekonomi Islam, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, Pengembangan Transparansi. ABSTRACT In 2020 there were allegations of corruption in the management of BUMDes, with an estimated BUMDes assets from 2016 to then around Rp 430,800.00. There is also an article in 2021, where the chairman of BUMDes has served for 2 years but until then the financial management is unclear because there is no accountability report or annual report of the management. And according to the chairman of the BUMDes, there are BUMDes funds of Rp 40,419,000 borrowed by the old and current management. Although these problems have been solved, BUMDes are considered very potential, but in reality there are still several problems such as implementation in the implementation of BUMDes itself, and transparency and accountability to villages and communities. The research motto uses Quantitative. By using primary data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data obtained from documents, articles, journals, and others related to the research title. The population in this study is the entire community of Way Huwi Village with a purposive sampling technique which obtained a sample of 99. The results of this study show that Accountability has a significant effect on the management of village fund allocation in the development of BUMDes on the welfare of the people of Way Huwi Village, Transparency has no significant effect on the management of village fund allocation in the development of BUMDes on the welfare of the community. And accountability and transparency do not have a significant effect on the management of village fund allocation in the development of BUMDes from an Islamic economic perspective in Way Huwi village.
