Abstract

ABSTRAK Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja merupakan bentuk perbandingan antara hasil (output) dengan masukan (input). Dimana, apabila produktivitas tenaga kerja naik maka terdapat kemungkinan adanya peningkatan efesiensi dan sistem kerja, teknik produksi, dan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dari tenaga kerjanya dengan melihat bagaimana sebaran wilayah Aglomerasi, Human capital dan Kepadatan Tenaga Kerja yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kuantitatif, data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dalam bentuk data panel dengan menggabungkan antara data time series dan cross-section. Data time series pada penelitian ini menggunakan 5 tahun terakhir yakni 2018 – 2022, sedangkan cross- section pada penelitian ini menggunakan 5 Provinsi yang ada di Pulau Sumatra Bagian Selatan. Data diolah dengan analisis data panel dan dengan regresi Fixed Effect Model menggunakan aplikasi Eviwes 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Aglomerasi Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan di Sumatra Bagian Selatan tahun 2018 – 2022, Human Capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan di Sumatra Bagian Selatan, Kepadatan tenaga kerja berpengaruh postif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan. Sedangkan secara simultan, Aglomerasi Ekonomi, Human Capital dan Kepadatan Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Industri Pengolahan di Sumatra Bagian Selatan dengan berdasrkan nilai Adjusted R-squared sebesar 99,30% mampu untuk menjelaskan variabel Aglomerasi Ekonomi, Human Capital dan Kepadatan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Industri Pengolahan. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Industri Pengolahan, Aglomerasi Ekonomi, Human Capital dan Kepadatan Tenaga Kerja. ABSTRACT Labor productivity is a form of comparison between results (output) and input (input). Where, if labor productivity increases, there is the possibility of increasing efficiency and work systems, production techniques, and increasing the skills of the workforce by looking at the distribution of Agglomeration areas, Human capital and Labor Density in the region. The data was processed by panel data analysis and by Fixed Effect Model regression using the Eviwes 10 application. The results of this research show that the Economic Agglomeration variable has a negative and significant effect on the productivity of processing industry workers in Southern Sumatra in 2018 - 2022, Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of processing industry workers in Southern Sumatra, Labor density has a positive and not significant to the productivity of processing industry workers. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Economic Agglomeration, Human Capital and Labor Density have a positive and significant effect on the Productivity of Processing Industry Workers in Southern Sumatra, based on an Adjusted R-squared value of 99.30%, which is able to explain the Economic Agglomeration, Human Capital and Density variables.
