Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh risiko investasi dan proceeds terhadap reputasi underwriter tahun 2020 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus,dalam hal ini menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) periode 2020-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder model dari tahun 2020-2023 yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website resmi perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 perusahaan, teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 10 perusahaan dalam pengamatan 4 tahun sehingga total data pengamatan berjumlah 40 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik dan akan diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Risiko Investasi tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap reputasi underwriter, proceeds tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi underwriter dan variabel risiko investasi dan proceeds secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap reputasi underwriter pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Indeks (JII). Kata Kunci: Risiko Investasi, Proceeds dan Reputasi Underwriter. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of investment risk and proceeds on underwriter reputation in 2020-2023. This research uses a case study approach, in this case using companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2023 period. This research is quantitative research. The type of data used is model secondary data from 2020-2023 obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the company's official website. The population in this study was 30 companies, the sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 10 companies in 4 years of observation so that the total observation data was 40 samples. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The analysis method used is logistic regression and will be processed with SPSS 25. The research results show that the Investment Risk variable has no significant effect on the underwriter's reputation, proceeds have no significant effect on the underwriter's reputation and the investment risk and proceeds variables simultaneously have no effect on the underwriter's reputation in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).
