Abstract

ABSTRAK Self- efficacy dalam karir yang rendah pada peserta didik dapat mengakibatkan peserta didik kebingungan dalam menentukan arah karirnya. Kebingungan-kebingungan tersebut dapat terjadi karena adanya rasa tidak yakin atau keraguan dalam menetapkan karir kedepan. Individu yang memiliki efikasi diri atau keyakinan diri yang tinggi diharapkan akan memotivasi individu secara kognitif untuk berbuat secara tepat dan terarah, terutama bila tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah tujuan yang jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh self- efficacy sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis future time perspective di SMK Al Huda Jatiagung Lampung Selatan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif jenis pre eksperimen, dengan metode desain penelitian pre-experiment one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner skala likert self-efficacy, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII di SMK Al Huda Jatiagung dengan jumlah populasi 256 peserta didik dengan jumlah sampel 34 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan rekomendasi da ri guru BK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis future time perspective terhadap self efficacy dalam karir berpengaruh dan mengalami perubahan kearah yang lebih baik. Hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan hasil pretest dan posttest yang telah dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian layanan beradasarkan hasil pretest diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 53,6. Kemudian setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis future time perspective peserta didik diberikan posttest menggunakan instrument yang sama dan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 73,8 Hasil uji menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks, didapat nilai Zhitung yaitu sebesar -5.014b dan nilai Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis future time perspective berpengaruh terhadap self-efficacy dalam karir di SMK Al Huda Jatiagung Lampung Selatan. This confusion can occur because of a feeling of uncertainty or doubt in determining your future career. Individuals who have high self-efficacy or self-confidence are expected to motivate individuals cognitively to act appropriately and purposefully, especially if the goal to be achieved is a clear goal. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of self-efficacy before and after being given classical guidance services based on a future time perspective at Al Huda Vocational School, Jatiagung, South Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative, with a pre-experiment research design method, one group pretest-posttest design. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation, documentation and interviews. The population in this study were class XII students at Al Huda Jatiagung Vocational School with a total of 256 students. Sampling was carried out non-randomly (non-probability sampling technique) using convenience sampling, namely a sampling technique based on the availability of respondents. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that classical guidance services based on a future time perspective on career self efficiency have an influence and are experiencing changes for the better. This has been proven by the results of the pretest and posttest which were carried out before and after providing the service, based on the pretest results, an average score of 53.8 was obtained. Then, after receiving classical guidance services based on future time perspective, students were given a posttest using the same instrument and got an average score of 73.8. Test results using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, obtained a Zcount value of -5.014b and an Asymp.Sig value.( 2-tailed) is worth 0.000. It can be concluded that classical guidance services based on future time perspective have an influence on career self-efficacy at Al Huda Vocational School, Jatiagung, South Lampung.
