Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN PEMAHAMAN QANA’AH DENGAN KONTROL DIRI PADA GENERASI MILENIAL PENGGUNA PAYLATER Penggunaan paylater pada generasi milenial semakin meningkat signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan pola konsumsi. Penggunaan fitur paylater yang tidak terkendali dapat mengakibatkan beragam dampak negatif, oleh sebab itu diperlukan kontrol diri pada pengguna nya. Kontrol diri adalah kemampuan individu untuk menahan godaan, mengatur impuls, mengendalikan emosi negatif. Dalam kajian Tasawuf dan Psikoterapi terdapat konsep mengenai Pemahaman Qana’ah, yakni bersyukur atas nikmat yang diberikan Allah swt, menerima dan merasa cukup atas apa yang dimiliki dan tidak rakus terhadap harta hingga menghalalkan segala cara untuk mendapatkannya. Pemahaman Qana’ah pada pengguna paylater dibutuhkan guna mengontrol perilaku konsumtif ketika melakukan transaksi online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemahaman qana’ah dengan kontrol diri pada generasi milenial pengguna paylater. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 46 orang generasi milenial pengguna paylater. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan 2 skala, yaitu skala pemahaman qana’ah sebanyak 30 aitem (α = 0,886) dan kontrol diri sebanyak 23 aitem (α = 0,847). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif signifikan antara pemahaman qana’ah dengan kontrol diri, dengan koefisien r = 0,669 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) artinya semakin tinggi pemahaman qana’ah maka semakin tinggi pula kontrol diri. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah pemahaman qana’ah maka semakin rendah pula kontrol diri. Sumbangan Efektif (SE) sebesar 44,8% dari variabel pemahaman qana’ah artinya 55,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. ABSTRACT HUBUNGAN PEMAHAMAN QANA’AH DENGAN KONTROL DIRI PADA GENERASI MILENIAL PENGGUNA PAYLATER The use of paylater among the millennial generation has increased significantly in recent years, along with technological developments and changes in consumption patterns. Uncontrolled use of the paylater feature can result in various negative impacts, therefore self-control is needed for its users. Self-control is an individual's ability to resist temptation, regulate impulses, and control negative emotions. In the study of Sufism and Psychotherapy, there is a concept of Understanding Qana'ah, namely being grateful for the blessings given by Allah SWT, accepting and feeling sufficient for what is owned and not being greedy for wealth to the point of justifying any means to obtain it. Understanding Qana'ah among paylater users is needed to control consumptive behavior when making online transactions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between understanding qana'ah and self-control among the millennial generation of paylater users. This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling involving 46 millennial generation paylater users. The data collection method used 2 scales, namely the scale of understanding qana'ah as many as 30 items (α = 0.886) and self-control as many as 23 items (α = 0.847). The analysis technique used was product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows software. The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between understanding qana'ah and self-control, with a coefficient of r = 0.669 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) meaning that the higher the understanding of qana'ah, the higher the self-control. Conversely, the lower the understanding of qana'ah, the lower the self control. The Effective Contribution (SE) of 44.8% of the variable of understanding qana'ah means that 55.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
