Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung periode 2016-2021 mengalami pertumbuhan yang fluktuatif. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apakah Sektor Rill dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara parsial di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016-2021, apakah sektor rill dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara simultan di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016-2021, apakah sektor rill dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sektor rill dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara parsial di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016-2021, untuk menganalisis pengaruh sektor rill dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara simultan di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016-2021, untuk menganalisis pengaruh sektor rill dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap pertumbuhan dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dengan cross section 15 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung dan time series selama 6 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data panel dengan model common effect dan alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yaitu Eviews V.9. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut secara parsial variabel sektor ril dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Secara simultan variabel Sektor Riil dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Ekonomi Islam pada dasarnya memandang bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi ialah bagian dari pembangunan ekonomi. Dalam ekonomi islam faktor dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang memiliki peran penting untuk membentuk pertumbuhan ekonomi antara lain sektor riil yang berguna menstabilkan peningkatan produktivitas sektor riil dengan harapan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara keseluruhan, dan indeks pembangunan manusia yang tak kalah pentingnya berguna untuk menilai kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan, kesehatan maupun pendapatan. Kata Kunci : Sektor Rill, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT The development of Lampung province's economic growth for the period 2016 to 2021 experienced fluctuating growth. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the influence of the real sector and the human development index on economic growth partially in Lampung Province in 2016-2021, what is the influence of the real sector and the human development index on economic growth simultaneously in Lampung Province in 2016-2021, what is the influence real sector and human development index on growth from an Islamic economic perspective. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the real sector and the human development index on economic growth partially in Lampung Province in 2016-2021, to find out the influence of the real sector and the human development index on economic growth simultaneously in Lampung Province in 2016-2021, to find out the influence of the real sector and the human development index on growth from an Islamic economic perspective. This research is quantitative research that is associative in nature. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency with a cross section of 15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province and a time series for 6 years. The data analysis used is panel data analysis with the common effect model and the tool used to process the data is Eviews v.9. The results of this research partially show that real sector variables and the human development index have a significant effect on economic growth in Lampung province. Simultaneously, the real sector variables and the human development index have a significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province. Islamic economics basically views that economic growth is part of economic development. In Islamic economics, factors of economic growth that have an important role in shaping economic growth include the real sector which is useful for stabilizing increases in real sector productivity in the hope of providing a positive contribution to overall economic growth, and the human development index which is also useful for assessing the welfare of society. in the fields of education, health and income.
