Abstract
ABSTRAK Di era ini, karyawan dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan merespons dan beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan, yang dikenal sebagai workforce agility. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dimensi-dimensi dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi workforce agility. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan systematic literature review (SLR), dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) dan Bibliometrik untuk menyaring topik, sub topik, dan jurnal yang sesuai kriteria. Diperoleh 42 jurnal yang berasal dari database yaitu Sciencedirect, Emerald, PubMed, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, dan Mendeley Web Importer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan workforce agility dipengaruhi oleh Psychological Empowerment (18%), Leadership (14%), Organizational Culture (10%), Workplace Spirituality (10%), Enterprise Social Media (ESM) (9%), Knowledge Management (8%), Organizational Learning (7%), Innovative Work Behavior (7%), Emotional Intelligence (3%), dan Job Satisfaction (2%). Karyawan yang memiliki agility tinggi biasanya mudah beradaptasi dengan perubahan situasi, tugas, dan teknologi baru, serta mampu bekerja dalam berbagai kondisi yang dinamis. Kata kunci: Workforce Agility, Systematic Literature Review. ABSTRACT In this era, employees are required to have the ability to respond and adapt quickly to change, which is known as workforce agility. This research aims to explain the dimensions and factors that can influence workforce agility. The research was conducted with a systematic literature review (SLR), using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) and Bibliometric methods to filter topics, sub-topics and journals that fit the criteria. Obtained 42 journals from databases namely Sciencedirect, Emerald, PubMed, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Mendeley Web Importer. Based on the results of research conducted, workforce agility is influenced by Psychological Empowerment (18%), Leadership (14%), Organizational Culture (10%), Workplace Spirituality (10%), Enterprise Social Media (ESM) (9%), Knowledge Management (8%), Organizational Learning (7%), Innovative Work Behavior (7%), Emotional Intelligence (3%), and Job Satisfaction (2%). Employees who have high agility usually adapt easily to changing situations, tasks and new technology, and are able to work in various dynamic conditions.
