Abstract
ABSTRAK Siswa pada umumnya juga memiliki sikap keagamaan kurang baik misalnya, cara bicara masih belum sopan dan kurang dalam beribadah. Sehingga peran guru agama dalam menerapkan metode keteladanan pada siswa sangat penting dalam memberikan contoh yang baik dalam bertutur kata yang baik dan ibadah sesuai anjuran agama. Seperti yang ada di SDN 1 Pengajaran Bandar Lampung sebagian siswa memiliki masalah pada pengembangan bersikap, kurangnya beribadah. Maka dari itu perlunya usaha pada diri guru agama dalam mengembangkan sikap keagamaan dengan cara metode keteladanan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui proses, menilai metode keteladanan, faktor-faktor mempengaruhi keberhasilan, sehingga meningkatkan sikap keagamaan siswa yang mampu memberikan dampak positif secara individual dan lingkungan sekitar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field reseacrh) bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan 1 kepala sekolah, 2 guru agama, dan 4 siswa. Sementara data sekunder mencakup buku, jurnal, kajian penelitian relevan dan internet. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancara terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data (Data Reduction), penyajian data (Display Data), dan verifikasi (Consclusion Drawing/Verification). Keseluruhan proses ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai penerapan metode keteladanan guru agama dalam pengembangan sikap keagamaan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode keteladanan guru agama terhadap pengembangan sikap keagamaan pada siswa dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: 1. Perencanaan penerapan metode keteladanan yaitu; Sekolah rutin mengadakan pelatihan untuk guru, menekankan pentingnya menjadi teladan dalam perilaku seperti kejujuran, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab. Perencanaan ini melibatkan pengembangan kompetensi guru dan kurikulum yang mendukung, serta mempersiapkan guru untuk memberikan contoh perilaku positif. 2. Pelaksanaan penerapan metode keteladanan yaitu; Guru harus menunjukkan sikap sesuai nilai agama dan memberikan contoh langsung kepada siswa. Pelaksanaan metode ini meliputi aktivitas di dalam dan luar kelas, termasuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan sosial yang memungkinkan siswa meniru contoh positif dari guru. 3. Evaluasi penerapan metode keteladanan yaitu; Tahap ini mencakup survei, observasi, dan refleksi untuk menilai efektivitas metode keteladanan. Observasi dilakukan untuk melihat perubahan sikap siswa, serta menyesuaikan metode pengajaran berdasarkan hasil evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, Siswa merasakan dampak positif dari teladan guru, merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untuk berperilaku baik. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan metode keteladanan efektif dalam membentuk sikap positif siswa terhadap nilai-nilai keagamaan. Kata Kunci: Sikap Keagamaan pada Siswa, Guru Agama, Metode Keteladanan. ABSTRACT Students in general also have poor religious attitudes, for example, the way of speaking is still not polite and lack of worship. So the role of religion teachers in applying exemplary methods to students is very important in providing good examples in speaking well and worshiping according to religious recommendations. As in SDN 1 Pengajaran Bandar Lampung, some students have problems in developing their behavior and lack of worship. Therefore, the need for effort on the part of religious teachers in developing religious attitudes by means of exemplary methods. The purpose of this research is to know the process, assess the exemplary method, the factors influencing success, so as to improve the religious attitudes of students who are able to have a positive impact individually and the surrounding environment. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative field research (field reseacrh). Primary data was obtained through interviews with 1 principal, 2 religion teachers, and 4 students. While secondary data includes books, journals, relevant research studies and the internet. Data collection techniques consisted of structured interviews, observation and documentation. While data analysis techniques use data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Display Data), and verification (Consclusion Drawing/Verification). This whole process aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the application of exemplary methods of religious teachers in developing students' religious attitudes. The results showed that the application of the exemplary method of religious teachers to the development of religious attitudes in students was carried out through three main stages: 1. Planning the application of the exemplary method, namely; Schools routinely hold training for teachers, emphasizing the importance of being a role model in behaviors such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility. This planning involves developing teacher competencies and a supportive curriculum, as well as preparing teachers to model positive behavior. 2. The implementation of the exemplary method, namely; Teachers must show attitudes according to religious values and provide direct examples to students. The implementation of this method includes activities inside and outside the classroom, including extracurricular and social activities that allow students to imitate positive examples from teachers. 3. Evaluation of the application of the exemplary method, namely; This stage includes surveys, observations, and reflections to assess the effectiveness of the exemplary method. Observations are made to see changes in student attitudes, as well as adjust teaching methods based on evaluation results. The conclusion of this study, Students feel the positive impact of the teacher's example, feel more confident and motivated to behave well. Overall, the application of exemplary methods is effective in shaping students' positive attitudes towards religious values.
