ABSTRACT This research describes fiscal decentralization, allocation of central-regional transfer funds and minimum wages which have fluctuated since the last 5 years, namely from 2018 to 2022, which has also influenced fluctuations in income inequality in 15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data used is secondary data regarding fiscal decentralization, allocation of central-regional transfer funds and minimum wages on income inequality. The population in this study was 90, over a period of 5 years from 2018-2022. The sample used was the saturated sample method. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using Eviews 12. The results of this research show that the open market operation variable has a positive and significant effect on the amount of money circulating in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The minimum statutory reserve variable does not have a significant effect on the amount of money circulating in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The interest rate variable has a negative and significant effect on the money supply in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The variables open market operations, minimum statutory reserves and interest rates simultaneously have a significant influence on the money supply in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The Islamic economic perspective regarding the money supply does not recognize the existence of interest rate instruments because it is clear in the Qur'an that usury is strictly prohibited or haram. The wisdom of prohibiting usury is to create a fair partnership relationship between capital owners and businesses. Keywords: Central-Regional Transfer Fund Allocation, Fiscal Decentralization, Income Inequality, Minimum Wage.
