Abstract
ABSTAK Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adalah inisiatif pembangunan global yang merangkul semua negara tanpa memandang tingkat perkembangannya. SDGs yang juga dikenal sebagai Tantangan Pembangunan PBB 2030, terdiri dari tiga pilar utama, yaitu pembangunan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi persentase rumah tangga yang menggunakan sanitasi layak dan memiliki fasilitas cuci tangan dengan air dan sabun, sebagai bagian dari pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan ke enam. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua kecamatan di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dengan sampel sebanyak 400 responden yang dipilih secara proporsional melalui teknik penarikan sampel acak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Stratified random sampling. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi data awal, wawancara dan angket, kemudian analisis menggunakan tabulasi Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase dibidang air bersih yang tergolong kategori akses aman diangka 52,9%, kategori akses layak dasar diangka 30%, kategori akses layak terbatas diangka 12,9%, dan kategori akses tidak layak di angka 1,4% sedangkan untuk capaian bidang sanitasi akses aman sekitar 89% , untuk kategori akses belum layak diangka 10%, dan 1% untuk kategori akses layak. Hasil analisis ini, pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Timur disarankan untuk menyusun kebijakan yang mengarah pada perbaikan akses air dan sanitasi yang ada agar tercapai 100% air bersih dan sanitasi layak bagi masyarakat.
