Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen perencanaan dalam pengelolaan jamaah di Masjid Darussalam Sidomulyo, Lampung Selatan. Masjid sebagai pusat kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial memerlukan strategi manajemen perencanaan yang efektif untuk memakmurkan fungsi dan keberfungsian jamaah. Skripsi ini membahas tentang manajemen perencanaan dalam pengelolaan jamaah di Masjid darussalam Sidomulyo, Lampung Selatan. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana masjid darussalam Menyusun perencanaan yang efektif guna memakmurkan Masjid Darussalam Sidomulyo. Jamaah dimasjid darussalam saat ini ada 40 orang. Penenlitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan pendekatan deskriptf kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknis analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan varifikasi triangulasi. Kriteria orang yang diwawancarai dalam skripsi ini adalah mereka yang dianggap sebagai sumber data yang akurat, memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang topik penelitian, dan memahami secara menyeluruh kondisi di lokasi penelitian. Terdapat tiga informan yang menjadi kriteria dalam penelitian ini yaitu takmir masjid, bendahara masjid darussalam, dan pengawas masjid Darussalam. Untuk mencapai perencanaan yang baik, perlu mengikuti langkah-langkah yang sistematis dan benar, yang mencakup pembuatan rancangan yang jelas dan terperinci. Rancangan tersebut harus mencakup berbagai elemen penting seperti tujuan yang ingin dicapai, target yang harus diperoleh, pemilihan pemimpin yang kompeten, alokasi sumber dana yang memadai, pembagian tugas yang efisien, dan penjadwalan waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan secara tepat. Selain itu, penting untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kelemahan dan kekurangan dari kegiatan yang sudah ada di Masjid Darussalam, guna memastikan bahwa kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan efektif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan masjid yang baik tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan kualitas jamaah, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Dengan perencanaan yang matang, diharapkan semua kegiatan masjid dapat terlaksana dengan sukses dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan." Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Perencanaan, Bidang Imarah. ABSTRACT This study aims to explore planning management in the management of pilgrims at the Darussalam Sidomulyo Mosque, South Lampung. Mosques as centers of religious and social activities require effective planning management strategies to prosper the functions and functions of worshippers. This thesis discusses planning management in the management of pilgrims at the Sidomulyo Darussalam Mosque, South Lampung. The main focus of this study is to identify how the Darussalam Mosque prepares an effective plan to prosper the Darussalam Sidomulyo Mosque. There are currently 40 worshippers at the Darussalam Mosque. This research uses a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation while data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and triangulation verification. The criteria for interviewees in this thesis are those who are considered to be accurate data sources, have in-depth knowledge of the research topic, and thoroughly understand the conditions at the research site. There are three informants who are the criteria in this study, namely the mosque takmir, the treasurer of the Darussalam mosque, and the supervisor of the Darussalam mosque. To achieve good planning, it is necessary to follow systematic and correct steps, which include the creation of clear and detailed designs. The draft must include various important elements such as the goals to be achieved, the targets to be obtained, the selection of competent leaders, the allocation of adequate funds, the efficient division of tasks, and the appropriate scheduling of the implementation of activities. In addition, it is important to evaluate the weaknesses and shortcomings of the activities that already exist in the Darussalam Mosque, in order to ensure that the activities can run smoothly and effectively. This study shows that good mosque planning can not only improve the quality of worshippers, but also have a significant positive impact on society as a whole. With careful planning, it is hoped that all mosque activities can be carried out successfully and achieve the goals that have been set." Keywords: Management, Planning, Emirate Field.
