Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilai perusahaan adalah kondisi yang telah dicapai oleh perusahaan sebagai gambaran dari kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan setelah melalui suatu proses kegiatan selama beberapa tahun, yaitu sejak perusahaan tersebut berdiri sampai dengan saat ini. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Metode penelitian menggunaan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian bersifat asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu berupa dokumentasi. Sampel diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 10 perusahaan x 4 tahun sehingga mendapat 40 sampel. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,022 dan t-hitung sebesar -2,405. Selanjutnya profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,307 dan t-hitung sebesar -1,037. Dan menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam perintah bertebaran di atas muka bumi ini hanya boleh dilakukan jika kewajiban kita sebagai hamba Allah sudah selesai ditunaikan. Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT Company value is a condition that has been achieved by the company as an illustration of public trust in the company after going through a process of activities for several years, namely since the company was founded until now. The formulation of the problem in this research is how liquidity and profitability affect the value of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of liquidity and profitability on the value of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period The research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is associative. The data collection technique is in the form of documentation. Samples were obtained using a purposive sampling technique, namely 10 companies x 4 years to get 40 samples. The data analysis technique in the research uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the company value of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period with a significance value of 0.022 and a t-count of -2.405. Furthermore, profitability has a negative but not significant effect on the company value of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period with a significance value of 0.307 and a t-count of -1.037. And according to an Islamic economic perspective, orders spread across the face of the earth can only be carried out if our obligations as servants of Allah have been fulfilled.
