Abstract

ABSTRAK Manusia sebagai makhluk hidup mempunyai kebutuhan yang bersifat fisik dan non fisik. Kebutuhan itu tidak pernah dapat dihentikan selama hidup manusia. Untuk mencapai kebutuhan itu, satu sama lain saling bergantung. Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial tidak mungkin dapat hidup seorang diri. Jumlahnya bisa mencapai belasan bahkan sampai puluhan. Sungguhpun demikian, Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, manusia selalu berinteraksi dengan sesamanya guna mengadakan berbagai transaksi ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di SMPN 2 Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 informan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah SMPN 2 Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Bendahara SMPN 2 Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Pemilik toko selaku penjual yang tergabung dalam sistem informasi pengadaan di sekolah. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik penulisan pada penelitian ini adalah deduktif dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa praktik jual beli terhadap sistem informasi pengadaan di SMPN 2 Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang termasuk Jual beli pesanan dalam fiqh Islam disebut ba’i as-salam yang menyerahkan suatu barang yang penyerahannya ditunda karena diawali dengan memesan terlebih dahulu melalui aplikasi atau website melalui pilihan barang yang disediakan, kemudian barang dikirim dan diperiksa sesuai pesanan baru pihak sekolah bisa mengirim uang ke pihak toko. Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap jual beli melalui sistem infomasi pengadaan di sekolah itu diperbolehkan karena telah memenuhi jual beli benda tidak ada di tempat atau benda yang belum pernah di periksa. Setelah diperiksa langsung dengan baik, pihak sekolah baru membayar secara penuh kepada penjual sesuai barang yang dibeli. Kata Kunci : Jual beli, Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. ABSTRACT Humans as living creatures have physical and non-physical needs. This need can never be stopped during human life. To achieve these needs, each other depends on each other. Humans as social creatures cannot possibly live alone. The number can reach dozens or even dozens. However, to fulfill their daily needs, humans always interact with each other to carry out various economic transactions. This research was conducted using field research conducted at SMPN 2 Menggala, Tulang Bawang Regency. The data collection technique used was interviews. The number of respondents in this study was 3 informants consisting of the principal of SMPN 2 Menggala, Tulang Bawang Regency, the treasurer of SMPN 2 Menggala, Tulang Bawang Regency, the shop owner as a seller who is part of the procurement information system at the school. The data analysis technique used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The writing technique in this research is deductive and descriptive. The results of this research, the author concludes that the practice of buying and selling on the procurement information system at SMPN 2 Menggala, Tulang Bawang Regency includes buying and selling orders in Islamic fiqh called ba'i as-salam which is handing over an item whose delivery is postponed because it begins with ordering first via the application or website through the selection of goods provided, then the goods are sent and checked according to the order, then the school can send money to the shop. Sharia Economic Law review of buying and selling through the procurement information system in schools is permitted because it fulfills the purchase and sale of objects that are not in place or objects that have never been inspected. After proper inspection, the school will pay the seller in full for the goods purchased. Keywords: Buying and selling, Sharia Economic Law.
