Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan permasalahan yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman konsep IPAS peserta didik disebabkan peserta didik kurang aktif dan mudah jenuh dalam pembelajaran IPAS. Pendidik telah menerapkan berbagai jenis model pembelajaran tetapi belum bisa memaksimalkaan pemahaman konsep IPAS peserta didik Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti menawarkan solusi berupa penggunaan model pembelajaran Authentic Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Authentic Learning terhdadap pemahaman konsep IPAS di kelas V di MIN 8 Bandar Lampung . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis ekperimen yang digunakan adalah Quasy Eksperimental Posttest only control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik klas V di MIN 8 Bandar Lampung teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan test objektif dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Authentic Learning mencapai 80,7 sedangkan nilai rata-rata yang didapat menggunkan model pembelajaran Inquiry Learning mecapai rata-rata 59,5. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis mencapai taraf 5% (0,05) dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Authentic Learning berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS peserta didik kelas V di MIN 8 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran Authentic Learning, Pemahaman Konsep , IPAS ABSTRACT Based on the results of pre-research conducted, the problem behind this research is that students' understanding of science and science concepts is still low because students are less active in learning science. Students don't pay enough attention to what educators explain and students occasionally do things outside of learning activities and students still lack confidence when asking about things they don't understand. Educators have implemented various types of learning models but have not been able to maximize students' understanding of science and science concepts seen from students' learning outcomes Types of research average many are still and have not yet completed it. Therefore,The type of research used in this research is experimental research with a quantitative approach, the type of experiment used is Quasy Experimental Posttest only control design. The population in this research is class V students at MIN 8 Bandar Lampung, totaling 27 students in class A and 28 students in class B and 32 students in class C. The data collection technique in this research used the Random Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using objective tests and documentation. After the objective data was collected, processing was carried out using statistical data analysis using the t-test. Based on the research results, the average learning outcomes of students who used the Authentic Learning learning model reached 80.7, while the average score obtained in the control class using the Inquiry Learning learning model reached an average of 59.5. Then, based on the results of the analysis, it reached a level of 5% It can be concluded that the Authentic Learning learning model influences the understanding of science and science concepts for class V students at MIN 8 Bandar Lampung.
