Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan sarana yang paling penting dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan watak bangsa (Nation Character Building). Harkat dan martabat suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh mutu pendidikannya. Mengingat begitu pentingnya peran pendidikan bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Pemerintah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Harapan agar pendidikan di Indonesia bangkit dari keterpurukan dan menjadi garda terdepan dalam pembangunan bangsa. Bentuk dari peningkatan kualitas pendidikan ialah melalui proses pendidikan yang dilaksanakan dalam proses belajar yang dilakukan oleh guru sebagai pendidik kepada peserta didik di sekolah. Dari penjelasan tersebut penulis merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: Adakah Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran Di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Deskriptif. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang guru, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar ke seluruh guru. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner di analisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS Versi 24. Untuk uji validitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product moment, untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan Crombach‟s Alpha, untuk uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov Smirnov, untuk uji Homogenitas menggunakan uji one- way ANOVA sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan hasil penelitian model summary nilai R adalah 0,969 dari ouput tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,939. Menunjukan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kinerja guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung sebesar 88,17% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,83% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak penulis teliti. The dignity of a nation is determined by the quality of its education. Given the important role of education in people's lives. The government strives to improve the quality of education. The hope is that education in Indonesia will rise from the downturn and become the frontline in nation building. The form of improving the quality of education is through the educational process carried out in the learning process carried out by teachers as educators to students at school. From this explanation, the author formulates the problem as follows: Is there an Effect of Teacher Performance on Learning Quality at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance on the quality of learning at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample determination in this study amounted to 40 teachers, the data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to all teachers. For the validity test in this study using product moment correlation, for the reliability test using Crombach “s Alpha, for the normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov, for the Homogeneity test using the one-way ANOVA test while for data analysis using the coefficient of determination analysis. Based on data processing with the research results of the summary model, the R value is 0.969 from this output, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.939. Indicating that there is a significant effect of teacher performance on the quality of learning at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung by 88.17% while the remaining 11.83% is influenced by other variables that the authors did not examine.
