Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, lama usaha dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan usaha. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh modal usaha, lama usaha dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan usaha, serta untuk mengkaji bagaimana pandangan ekonomi islam terhadap pendapatan usaha pada pelaku usaha di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner yang disebar kepada 100 responden di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kuisioner ini diberikan kepada pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah dalam bidang fashion dan kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Sampling Insidental/Accidental Sampling. Untuk analisis dilakukan dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25 for Windows. Kemudian dilakukan uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan dilanjutkan pada uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 34,274 dengan sig. 0,000, t hitung untuk masing-masing variabel yaitu 6,398 (X1), 1,507 (X2), dan 1,040 (X3) berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa, ketiga variabel secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan usaha, sedangkan secara parsial variabel modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan usaha, dan Variabel lama usaha, jam kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil determinasi R2 dari ketiga variabel tersebut adalah 51,7%. Hal ini bererti ketiga variabel independen tersebut hanya mampu menjelaskan sebesar 51,7% variabel dependen. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelititan ini. Dalam pandangan islam kita dituntun agar senantiasa dapat bekerja dan mencari nafkah dengan cara halal lagi baik. Islam menekankan sekali pada usaha-usaha yang produktif. The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out the influence of business capital, length of business and working hours on business income, as well as to examine the Islamic economic view of business income among business actors in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method which was distributed to 100 respondents in Bandar Lampung City. This questionnaire was given to micro, small and medium businesses in the fashion and culinary fields. This research uses data collection techniques, namely Incidental Sampling. Analysis was carried out by processing data using SPSS 25 for Windows. Then the instrument was tested using validity testing, reliability testing, and continued with classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. From the results of this research, the calculated F value was 34.274 with sig. 0.000, t calculated for each variable, namely 6.398 (X1), 1.507 (X2), and 1.040 (X3) based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out it can be seen that, the three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the business income variable, while simultaneously The partial business capital variable has a positive and significant effect on the business income variable, and the length of business variable, working hours do not have a positive and significant effect on the business income variable. Based on the results of the determination, R2 of these three variables is 51.7%. This means that the three independent variables are only able to explain 51.7% of the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. In the Islamic view, we are guided to always be able to work and earn a living in a halal and good way. Islam places great emphasis on productive endeavors.
