Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada permasalahan yang peneliti temukan dikedua sekolah, yaitu belum terdapat bahan ajar berupa media komik, kurangnya keberagaman dari aspek media, yang mana dalam buku PPKN kelas II masih dominan hanya tulisan saja dan sedikit gambar, sehingga menjadikan peserta didik kurang berperan terhadap jalanya pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media komik untuk membantu peserta didik dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial. Penelitian ini mengguanakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RND). Prosedur pengembangan mengikuti prosedur model yang telah dikembangkan Robert Maribe Branch yaitu ADDIE yaitu terdiri dari lima langkah. Analiysis, Design, Development,Implementation and Evaluation. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket yang diberikan kepada tiga validator para ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan produk, angket tanggapan pendidik dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan media komik menunjukan bahwa produk media komik sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil validasi ahli bahasa mendapatkan presentase 84,1% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, hasil validasi ahli media mendapat presentase 72,5% dengan kriteria “layak”, hasil validasi ahli materi mendapat presentase 90, 9% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Hasil penilaian tanggapan pendidik mendapat presentase 92,7% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, kemudian hasil uji coba peserta didik sekala kecil mendapat presentase 89% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, dan hasil uji coba peserta didik sekala besar mendapatkan presentase sebesar 89,1% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. This research aims to develop comic media to help students integrate social values. This research uses research and development (RND) methods. The development procedure follows the model procedure that has been developed by Robert Maribe Branch, namely ADDIE, which consists of five steps. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire given to three expert validators, namely media experts, language experts and material experts to determine the level of product suitability, teacher response questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The results of research on comic media development show that comic media products are very suitable for use as learning teaching materials. This is based on the validation results of language experts getting a percentage of 84.1% with the criteria "very feasible", the validation results of media experts getting a percentage of 72.5% with the criteria "feasible", the validation results of material experts getting a percentage of 90.9% with the criteria " very worthy.” The results of the assessment of educators' responses received a percentage of 92.7% with the criteria "very feasible", then the results of small-scale student trials received a percentage of 89% with the criteria "very feasible", and the results of large-scale student trials received a percentage of 89.1 % with the criteria "very feasible".
